Disappointed

Not what we expected from a "luxury Hyatt property. For $400 per night, I wouldn't expect peeling wallpaper, carpet stains and peeling paint in our room. Maid service was excellent, location good on Wakaki strip. We had a "beach facing" room which had a lot of noise from traffic on street below until 1:00 am each night.
Parking is nightmare!

Self parking was across street and always sold out. The valet line was always backed up and took 5 minutes or longer to get through line. We ended up parking .6 miles away and taking 20-30 minutes extra to drive and walk. Made hotel experience less enjoyable.
