Wonderful Family Vacation with Toddlers and Grandparents

We stayed in the two-bedroom ambassador suite on the 40th floor and it was excellent for our family (parents, us, and our kids) to spend quality time together while on our stay! Everyone was so helpful and kind and had a great attitude--from Alaina who helped us book our room to the front desk staff, to the housekeeper and the valets. They were all fantastic and the service was something I cannot complain about. The room to be honest was pretty dated and a lot of the furniture (bathroom sinks had been plastered, dining table chairs had several arms broken which we noticed) but nonetheless we had a great stay and a great time. The lounge when we went was so busy due to the holidays (stayed from Thanksgiving through the week after) but the staff were incredibly hard working and efficient and did their best to make it still the best experience and hope they are commended as they truly worked so hard and made it a great experience for all the guests. I would absolutely stay again and would recommend this property for a family vacation!

Comfortable bed in a great location, walking distance to an amazing beach, nice restaurants like Duke’s and shopping. Our room was on the 21st floor of the Diamond Head Tower. The Hula Show at the atrium area of the Hotel and the farmers market were a nice surprise!!
