Gizelle Customer Service

Customer service is amazing. We have been visiting Nobu frequently this past year and when we check in Gizelle is always amazing, courteous, and friendly. She always goes out of her way to see how we are doing and if we need anything.

The most memorable feature of the Nobu Hotel is the awesome food.

The Nobu Hotel at Caesar's Palace is a hotel-within-hotel concept right in the heart of the Las Vegas strip. The Nobu offers access to the myriad of amenities of Caesar's Palace and its gold landmark detail can found in its rooms and its renowned Nobu restaurant. The Nobu is surrounded by many of the city's most popular tourist spots and attractions the Bellagio fountain and the Ling Promenade Mall. The glut of amenities are accessible to the Nobu including the massive Bath and Spa and the famous Gods Pool Oasis by the Caesar's Palace facility. An array of sleek and plush rooms are on offer at Nobu, with spa-like spaces and Japanese inspired decor. I opted for a Luxury King accommodation which looked and felt Z.en-like subdued color palettes, quart coffee tables, simple butss sleek furniture. patch work upholsteries. gold trim, as well as fanciful carpet, complete the vision. A spacious bathroom with bath and giant walk-in tub fill this space. Naturally, guests at the Nobu get priority booking status at this on-site restaurant. The menu is seriously amazing courting such items Black cod miso, Yellowtail sushi but I opted for New Zealand Salmon with crispy spinach. So if a Vegas hotel with Japanese inspired decor mixed with sleek and modern style is your favorite................then try the............Nobu Hotel in Caesar's Palace.
Basically Caesars Palace at a Higher Price

I booked the Nobu Hotel expecting a refined, Japanese inspired luxury experience. In reality, it is basically the same as staying at Caesars Palace since the hotel is located inside Caesars and operates at the same overall quality level, which is on the lower side for the price. There is a separate Nobu check-in area, but the lines were long and both check-in and checkout involved noticeable waits. The promised exclusivity did not translate into convenience. We paid extra for a Strip view and instead received a view of rooftop AC units with a small amount of the Strip visible behind them. The room itself was nothing like what you would expect from a high-end Japanese hotel. There were no modern Japanese toilets or thoughtful amenities. The room felt comparable to a Holiday Inn Express, except the furniture, hallways, and finishes showed clear signs of age. The hotel also seems to nickel and dime guests. I was charged $21.68 for simply using the in-room coffee pot. Parking was another $20 per day. For the price, very little feels included. In hindsight, I should have researched more. A quick scan of Reddit afterward revealed threads titled things like "Is staying at Nobu really that bad?" which now make complete sense. Overall, Nobu feels like a premium label placed on an aging Caesars product. For the cost, there are much better options in Las Vegas.
Not up to Nobu hotel standards

While the staff is friendly, the actual service delivery is severely lacking. We rented multiple rooms for a business trip and were told there was no guaranteed check in before 6pm. The window starts at 4 but if you have business dinners or other events planned, their best solution was offering to let us change in the lobby bathroom. We finally got into the rooms and there were no irons and after calling down and being told they'd be right up, it took 45 minutes. Overall, it's absolutely not up to the quality level of the Nobu in Cabo, for example, and not a place we'll repeat on future business trips to Vegas for conferences.
