Our family of 4 LOVED this resort! A great sized resort- not too big, not too small. Loved the layout & that all rooms look out over the ocean. Saw dolphins & whales every day - what an incredible bonus! Our Preferred Club room exceeded our expectations - gorgeous design, lots of space & an incredible view! (Try to get a top floor!) Ours kids - 9 and 12 loved everything! The beach was great- super clean. We’re thinking about going back again!

it was our 18th wedding anniversary, and we really enjoyed our stay at the resort. food was good, pool was great!!!!! drinks were also good. Our room was amazing and was cleaned every day and we even had turn down service each night, very nice touch. Overall, we had a great time and will return.

The resort was beautiful - our 7th floor room had a beautiful view. Staff was incredible. Food was good. The few things that we didnt enjoy was the fact that we couldn't swim in the ocean and we couldn't sit on the beach (the chairs were behind a big berm that obscured the beach and blocked the cooling winds). The hotel did not provide small bills for tipping. The smallest was 50 pesos (no 20 pesos bills). It made it difficult to tip all the great staff who worked so hard). Otherwise it was lovely.

Our experience was amazing! The breakfast and lunch everyday at the Oceana restaurant by chef Fernando was so good. From the hostess Yuzue remembering our faces, to our servers Juan and Angela, and then Francisco making sure we got everything we needed. We also had Hernan serving us at the pool/beach in the preferred area taking care of us and bringing us anything and everything we needed. Everyone we met at the resort was so friendly and helpful.

We had the most wonderful stay at Dreams. The location is incredible, with long stretches of unoccupied beach to walk on. We saw dolphins at least every other day! Mazatlan is a 30-40 minute drive away. We rented a car and personally found it a fun experience to drive into the city. We did not want to be near a city, we liked the remoteness of Dreams and the fact we weren’t neighboured by other AIs. We found Meraki to be the tastiest restaurant for dinner at the hotel, but there is a reasonable range. Oceana was our go-to lunch spot ! Special thanks to Sayra at the juice and smoothie bar, Guillermo at the crêpe bar and Sandra at the omelette bar. They had our orders memorised during our stay and would always greet us with a smile in the morning!
