This hotel and location was perfect for visiting Disneyland! I loved the bunkbeds which were perfect even for an adult girls trip. The rooms were very clean with a cozy atmosphere I Will definitely stay here in the future when I come back to visit Disneyland!!! Definitely recommend the rooms with the firework view so that you can come back and watch them without being stuck in the crowds in the park! Other than during the fireworks the rooms stayed nice and quiet

Peter the Valet is an Absolute Superstar – The Highlight of Our Stay at Anaheim Marriott! After an exhausting long-haul drive, pulling up to the Anaheim Marriott felt like pure relief. That feeling skyrocketed the second Peter welcomed us at the valet stand. He’s always smiling – and I mean always – with the kind of bright, contagious smile that instantly spreads to everyone around him. His infectious grin, boundless energy, and genuine “Welcome home!” melted away hours of road fatigue and turned us from weary travelers into relaxed, excited guests. Peter isn’t just a valet – he’s a concierge, memory champion, comedian, and hospitality wizard all rolled into one. Lightning-quick (cars appear like magic, often in under a minute), impeccably professional, and somehow remembers every guest’s name, room number, and little details from previous conversations. Whether it was early-morning drop-offs, multiple returns throughout the day, or late-night arrivals, Peter was there with that same radiant, contagious smile. In an era where standout service can feel rare, Peter is a shining exception – the gold standard of hospitality. He didn’t just park our car; he elevated our entire Anaheim getaway and made the Anaheim Marriott feel like a true home away from home. Marriott leadership: Please recognize this man. Promote him, bonus him, clone him if possible – Peter deserves Valet of the Decade (and a raise!). We’ll be back to Anaheim again and again because of experiences like this, and we’ll be requesting Peter (and his unbeatable smile) every single time. I've just checked into the hotel and my room is on the second floor which is the same floor as the water park. This means, there is zero privacy in this room and you have to keep your blinds shut the entire time or anyone can be staring into your room. The blinds are blackout which is excellent for sleep but not ideal for all other times. Also, there is a door to the pool deck (that has a gate between the room and the pool) next to the bunk beds where the kids would sleep. They said it wouldn't be super busy and there are currently 10 people in the hot tub directly outside the room. As a woman and a parent, this is my worst nightmare. When I asked to switch rooms, they couldn't accommodate the same room type. Disappointing start to our trip.

Here this weekend the room is nice and big but I won't ever stay here again because they don't allow you to use the stairs without a hassle and it's mandatory $40 valet parking. If I knew about the valet parking I would have picked another hotel. They do have a nice little store downstairs for snacks and daily needs that isn't over priced. Too many other options closer to the parks without the negatives. Never stayed in a hotel where you couldn't freely access the stairs.

Our room was clean and functional, and accommodations were excellent! The proximity to the Disneyland Resort was ideal and we were able to maximize our time in the parks! We will definitely choose Courtyard by Marriott for our future trips!
