Verenice made our whole weekend so welcoming friendly great customer service from the 2st day Thursday to Sunday Very outgoing personality made us feel like family attentive to all our needs I will return back because of her

The bunk bed room was great and much loved by my nieces. Breakfast had many options and lots of seating. We walked to the Toy Story parking lot across the street & went thru security to get to the parks and Downtown Disney. We were able to check out of our room and leave our vehicle at the hotel until late the same day.

It was an wonderful experience overall. That morning before arrival I got a text from Verenice checking in with me about arrival and room preference. Actually met her in person with big smile and immediately made us feel at home. Hyatt has always held high standards, but this one particular felt like modern, clean and upscale, probably beyond what you would expect from a Hyatt Place, honestly.

Was given an initial room that had a toilet seat unhinged and detached from the toilet, cups and coffee materials were on the table and the couch was disassembled. This was the strangest entrance to a room that I have ever experienced. Upon letting the front desk agent know a few minutes later when I went down to get this corrected, she was non responsive and just simply gave me key to a new room and said "Sorry".

Worth the location for walking for business at the Anaheim Convention Center, the Hilton hotel and Marriott hotels. I would return to this location; would be a great place for family reunions
