I'm writing this review of Trevi's at Omni Orlando Resort at Champions Gate. I ate there on Feb 26th and 27th. The food and atmosphere was excellent. I want to commend the server that waited on me. Her name was Doryann. She was excellent and provided me with excellent customer service. She had tremendous knowledge of the menu and she is the reason I went back to Trevi's two days in a row to dine there. She gave me 5 star service and I appreciated it. I will eat there again because the food and service was top shelf. Captain Newborn

Hotel was clean and people were great. Facilities were more than adequate and ideal for large event BUT......Stayed in Sunset building and had Ice Cold Shower 2 mornings in a row.

Snow is the worst but the OMNI was the best. The pool was calm, kid friendly and they had great events like an outdoor movie, kids crafts, smores kits. The service was truly top notch. Everyone was helpful and kind. Especially a shout out to Madison at the front desk who went out of her way to make our trip special. She worked really hard making sure we had the space we needed for our family for two nights. Can't wait to go back! thank you Madison!

I’ve been coming to Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate since I was 10 years old, and it somehow keeps getting better every time. This trip was especially meaningful because we were celebrating our son’s first birthday and visiting Walt Disney World. There was a small glitch during our stay that wasn’t anyone’s fault, but Tia, Cilia, and Margarita completely owned it and took amazing care of us. They handled everything with real professionalism and heart. Tia is a rockstar. What could’ve been stressful turned into another reason we’ll keep coming back. At the pool, Nikki was incredible. Traveling with a one-year-old isn’t always easy, but she made us feel so comfortable. She even surprised us with a brownie and ice cream for his birthday — and he loved every bite. It was such a thoughtful touch. We had Valentine’s dinner at David's Club, and Gabriel, the dining manager, went above and beyond when an issue came up that was out of his control. The way he handled it showed true leadership, and the food was fantastic. Dinner at Zen was also outstanding. Our server (I wish I remembered her name) gave genuine five-star service — warm, attentive, and knowledgeable. She made the whole experience feel special. At Trevi's, Donald truly stood out. He knows the menu inside and out and genuinely cares about his guests. His recommendations were perfect. From the rooms to the restaurants to the service, everything was exceptional. Celebrating our son’s first birthday here made it even more special. This place has been part of my life for decades, and thanks to team members like these, it’ll continue to be part of our family’s story for years to come.

Visited during a cold snap in Feb and was forced to spend most of the time in doors. The resort was accommodating and helpful and even gave us a 3 bedroom villa at no extra charge, when there was an issue with our booking of a 2 bedroom villa. The villa was nice and clean and a great place to spend a couple days. We made use of the restaurants in the property which were nice and offered good food but great service. The greeter and waitress at Zen we outstanding and Donald at Trevis was a great lunch server, nailed the menu and made local recommendations as well as providing timely and efficient service. It was my first visit to Orlando so it left a good impression, i would visit again and stay at the Omni. Hopefully it will be warm enough to enjoy the outside property and golf
