Older Hotel, would need some renovations, but employees are very friendly, food was average! Roomservice was good but rooms nee an update, TV is hanging crooked on the wall, did not wanted to touch it, was afreight that it could fall down.! Room was rather schmoudelig!

As soon as I arrived at the Mexican games area, Yoseline, Carmen, and Sandy welcomed us with huge smiles and such contagious energy. They are incredibly kind and friendly girls. I participated in several traditional games, but without a doubt my favorite was the canicas. We ended up organizing a mini tournament that was so much fun. We didn’t just play games, we also shared a Mexican cheer. It was a very special moment. Thank you, Yoseline, Carmen, and Sandy, for making that night so memorable.

This resort is very dated, and in need of much improvement. On the upside the rooms were clean. On the downside, the staff were deaf to both written and verbal complaints. On arrival the pool was green and visible masses of algae. The staff stated it met standards. Room repairs were incomplete. The food was average at best. The staff in the restaurants were amazing at dealing with what they had. This was my first and last visit to this resort.

We had a great experience at this resort, in particular we have 3 celiacs in the family and 2 picky kids and the chefs were able to accommodate us and made special meals for them for every meal. The kids also lives the kids club!

We had so much fun with the sunscape entertainment crew. Cristian had all the dance vibes and was such a blast. Zumba, Karakoe, and aquacise with Cristian were hands down the funnest events!! Cristian is an absolute 10/10. We learned the coolest dance moves and Cristian had us smiling the whole time. We recommend you enjoy any of his or the whole crew's activities!!! We had so so so much fun with Cristian and the entertainment staff!
