Absolutely loved the resort! Also our butler Carlos was amazing. He was there to help and answer any questions and anything we needed. I recommend 100%. I can’t wait to go back.

Wanted to share that we had a wonderful second visit to the Mirage. Our butler Davi took great are of us, even though we require very little it is still a nice feature to have. He checked in faithfully to make sure we were enjoying our vacation and always had a smile. A special shout out to all the staff at the Italian restaurant for breakfast. A great way to start your day! I'm sorry I don't know all their names but Jonathan and Francis are so attentive and never failed to make us laugh. Food was delicious and made to order, it should not be missed. Thank you. The resort itself is so relaxing with so many options.4 The staff and food at the buffet were fantastic. I especially enjoyed the Gala and Asian nights. The beach wait staff and bartenders were all great. The beach is beautiful, there was a little seaweed but nothing that mattered to us The ocean was beautiful. A shout out to Lenet (I hope correct) at the towel shack behind the parrot bar. He was another highlight of our day, just a kind and caring person He's a keeper! We also met the famous Jaun Bernardo and were introduced to his charge Jenny. All in all a great vacation. That beening said nothing is perfect and if it isn't all you have to do is mention it and it will be dealt with. We will definitely be returning next year. Thank you

The Resort delivered a true 5 Star Experience both in services quality and the staff delivering the services!! Highly Recommended!! We stayed at Majestic Mirage - Adults Only Mirage Club Oceanview King (#5307) from November 17-24, 2025. We had stayed at this Resort December 29, 2016 (for 7 Days) and November 17, 2028 (7 Days) so this was our 3rd stay and the Resort did not disappoint!! Special mention to Butlers Pablo Rodriguez and Samuel Reinoso, Xavier & Team from Animation, and the Coffee Shop Staff (forgot their names)!! Overall, the Staff were 10/10 - interactive, professional, courteous, respectful, resourceful, welcoming, hospitable, and dedicated to providing us top quality services and experiences!! The Room (#5307) was excellently located with excellent view of the beach, the room had all the amenities in excellent condition, it was large, comforting, clean, and aesthetically pleasing including the large balcony!! It was a 10/10!! The Restaurants including the a la carte Restaurants (Don Juame Steakhouse, Italian, and Kabuki (Japanese) were excellent both in staff services but also the quality of the food!! I rate this 10/10!! The entertainment both on the beach and within the Resort was excellent and thoroughly enjoying!! I rate this 10/10!! The Spa Massages and Staff were 10/10!! Overall, our stay at Majestic Mirage was excellent and more than met our expectations especially as third stay visitors!! I do not have any complaints but, I will note areas that the Resort could be improved: 1) there were no staff serving drinks on the beach including in our VIP Mirage Club Beach Section and nor was there any music!! It was hard to tell what this VIP Beach Section was for and why it existed because it did not offer any benefits over and above any other area which I thought is what I paid for!! 2) The sound system in the Theatre & Courtyard Plaza was horrible, muffled, and the sound was nothing more than organized, coordinated, and distorted noise!! It was difficult to discern what the speakers were saying!! It really took away from enjoying and appreciating the value and quality of the entertainment whether it was the music or shows!! I would recommend placing speakers strategically located on the sides/back of the theatre as well as the Courtyard Plaza!! 3) Our Room lacked adequate number of power plug in sockets near the bed and in fact, there were also no USB Ports. I would recommend increasing the number of power sockets, adding USB Ports near the bed!! 4) There were a number of evenings where the Children's Shows/Events were occurring in the Theatre while there was live entertainment in the Courtyard Plaza. This was totally disturbing the entertainment sound and being able to enjoy the Courtyard Plaza entertainment without being interrupted by the entertainment sound happening in the Theatre. Either re-locate the Kids/Children's Entertainment to another location or have it at another scheduled time instead of having this simultaneously!! I would also definitely increase Live Entertainment Music/Musicians in the Courtyard Plaza! 5) Increase incorporating Dominican Night to increase the presence and promotion of the Dominican People, Culture, and Dance!! Increase the presence of Dominican/Caribbean Music throughout the Resort as this helps increase the vibes of being in the presence of Dominican people, culture, and the Caribbean!! The music does not have to be loud but, it should help you feel that you are in the Dominican and the Caribbean!! After all, we are there on Vacation!! Would we return to this Resort - Absolutely YES!! Would we Recommend this Resort - Absolutely YES!!

Our Butler DeLeon and our Animation professional, Bebyface, were the highlight of our trip. Both are an outstanding representation of the Dominican people, integrity, cultural and the Majestic Resorts. My family and I will definitely be returning.

Recently stayed at Majestic Mirage Punta Cana to celebrate a birthday, and the experience was absolutely flawless. The resort is immaculate — clean is an understatement. He went above and beyond daily and made the birthday celebration unforgettable. • Novios (Mirage Club Check-In): Smooth, quick, and incredibly welcoming check-in experience. • Sugar Barbie (Entertainment): The most charismatic and fun entertainer on the property. ??? Dining Highlights • Renso (Steakhouse): Outstanding service — attentive, friendly, and professional. • Ramon, Eliomar & Elías (Seafood / Seaside Restaurant): Made the birthday dinner extra special with their thoughtful attention. ?? Bars & Coffee • Rafi (Parrot Bar): Amazing personality and excellent drinks. • Charly (Beach Bar): Hilarious and welcoming — made every beach day enjoyable. • Miladis & Wendy (Coffee Shop): Make the best espresso martinis on property. Warm, friendly, and incredibly skilled. ??? Poolside Service • Yonathan & Juan Bernardo (Mirage Club Pool): The absolute BEST poolside waitstaff we’ve ever had anywhere. Hard-working, attentive, and deserving of promotions to butlers. ? Overall Our stay was perfect in every way — the resort, the food, the service, and especially the staff. This was a 10/10 experience and we can’t wait to return. Highly recommend Majestic Mirage for any special occasion or luxury getaway.
