Marcos (at piano bar) is AWESOME. He is friendly and chatty and so fun to be around. He made the trip so much better, we loved chatting with him!!

This is our our first time at Majestic Elegance in Punta Cana and we travelled from the UK, we were travelling for numerous reasons I.e my 30th and our honeymoon. Club swim-up suite: We stayed In a swim-up suite which was massive, right opposite the bar which was great until I hadn’t seen the sun for days due to being sat under it. I would probably get a standard club room next time just because we found it wouldn’t bother us having a balcony either. Shout out to Ismael Rosa who takes care of the club pool bar, great service and vibes all week, kept the party going all day. Club: Is the club worth it? to us it really was, our butler/concierge (Eliana Castillo) was just unbelievable, if I didn’t have the club, I’d probably stay elsewhere next time just to see other hotels. I could ask El for anything or for her to sort something as we were celebrating my 30th and my husbands birthday as well as our honeymoon and she just went above and beyond for us every time. The level of service the concierges bring is insane, that is what made this a 5 star resort service, but I also found a friend in El, sharing stories about our life and of course our dogs, it was a really personal experience which we loved. I also have to mention the decorations she put in our room multiple times, just indescribable how great she is at her job, I feel blessed to have met and spent time with her, she is a true asset to this hotel. Oasis day: This is worth noting if you have a celebration and just want to relax and be waited on all day, by far the best birthday I’ve ever had, El also spent time decorating the cabana . It included a 25 minute massage which was amazing, two bottles (we had red wine and champagne), lunch and dinner at the cabana and the best part, we had a more personalised experience with Jose Luis getting us drinks throughout the day. It was nothing short of incredible and well worth the money. Thank you to Jose for the most memorable day, you truly made it special. The grounds: Apart from our concierge and the Oasis day, the grounds are truly stunning and my favourite things about the place was the decor they put up at Christmas, they were incredible, it felt luxury. Do some tiles around the pool need sorting? Yes, but it really didn’t bother us, we seen workers constantly fixing tiles and painting the walls. The groundsmen and gardeners work insanely hard and you can see it, they’re probably the unsung heroes of this place. I would also like to mention Wallium here (pool concierge), When I say customer service, this is exactly what I mean, he would always shout morning across the pool, ask where one of us were if the other was inside, had the biggest smile and was just really friendly and caring. Shows: There is a wide range of shows, our favourite was the rock show and also Elvis. The animation and events team were spot on, Raylenny is great for bringing the vibe and getting people up and dancing, there was another guy but I forgot his name, he is hyper at all times and he’s just brilliant to watch, they were all excellent. My husband wanted to watch a match which was English football and wasn’t on in the sports bar as there was just American games and sports, our concierge put in a request, let’s just say they put it on in the theatre on the big screen, we had the whole place which was empty during the day, it was crazy good and hilarious El managed to swindle it. Workers: You get some incredible employees at this hotel which work very hard to provide a 5 star service despite working 12 hour days every day, they really go above and beyond, for us a “good morning” goes along way, as does a smile, we found that you either received this or you got a whole other vibe but I suppose you’ll find that everywhere. The cleaners wishing you a good morning and going back to a swan on the bed just made my day. The little things make a big different. Restaurants: Sea and Sea - we loved this restaurant, we ate breakfast most days here, the service was high and the view was like no other. I never thought I would say I was sick of lobster ??. Shout out to Francisco for making us feel like family and welcoming us each morning, he stood out massively. Main buffet - I’ve never seen so many choices in one place, if I was only here for a week I’d feel overwhelmed wanting to try everything. Was the food always hot and fresh, no but I wouldn’t expect that from a massive buffet and you always had the multiple options to have fresh food made to order, they were also constantly changing it and arranging things to look presentable. The Italian and Sea and Sea for dinner stood out the most for ambience, service and food. We loved a lot about this hotel, there is room for improvement but the employees that stood out and the added extras made it 1000x better experience for us.

Recently vacationers at Majestic Elegance Punta Cana. This resort does not leave anything out of the five star experience. From booking in to signing out, the staff could not be better. The presentation and cleanliness of everyday of the resort is top notch. The rooms are spacious and lack for nothing...need another pillow ,just ask, our personal valet made sure a pillow menu was supplied on line for us to pick the type of pillow we wanted. I was fortunate to be celebrating my birthday while there and, again, our butler made sure the room was decorated with balloons sparkling wine on ice and a tub full of hot water and bubbles to soak away the days stress of laying around the pool and beach.....lol. The adult "Club" experience was more than satisfying as well, with many extras. The in room mini bar is far from mini , with full size bottles of rum, scotch, sparking wine, a fridge full of beer, sodas, and water, refilled daily if required. As we were greeted upon arrival and introduced to our butler Osvaldy Gurrera, what can I say...we have made a new friend ! "Vladdy" as he became to be ....yes a reference to the Toronto Blue Jays .... made our stay exceptional. He was in contact at all times and even made reservations for us at a couple of the restaurants on site. Do yourself a favour, book a stay....you will be back, I know we will ! Beautiful resort. Huge pools with lots of chairs. Right next to the beach which was beautiful. The resort itself is big but not super big so it made it convinent to walk around. Very close to the other Majestic resorts (Colonial and Mirage). Rooms were spacious and housekeeping does a great job cleaning. Rooms remained pretty quiet even when there's a lot of noise outside. Lots of restaurants to choose from to eat. Entertainment was also good. Our butler Olbus was very kind, helpful, and responds quickly. Overall great stay.

There were nine of us visiting. Everyone had a great time. The resort was well managed and clean. The beach was beautiful. We enjoyed the restaurants. The food and service were excellent. We had very good service from our butler, Henry Diaz. Hopefully if we return, we get Henry assigned to us again!
