Hotel was ok ! Person assigned to us to make our reservation was horrible … showed up for our first dinner reservation and said a reservation was not made .. they had to call him to come down to restaurant and confirm . Second reservation he said couldn’t get us in but we went ourselves and we got in . We no longer needed his services ! The worst was the hotel set us up for pick up at the airport on the 26 th of December by a company they use and they stole one of our parties credit cards and used them the same day ! They told us our luggage had to go in a different car after loading them into one van and put us in another car because they said luggage ( all carry ons couldn’t all fit with us in the same van ( party of 8 )to head to hotel ,of course we showed up before luggage that left before us . We didn’t find out this happened until we got home and we were notified of the use of 2 credit cards totaling 2000.00 dollars for tours we never took on the exact day we arrived ! Horrible people !!!

Joves is the best. His car was so very clean and comfortable. We also really enjoyed talking with him. He made us feel like family and made the time fly by.

The resort was clean and well maintained. The staff members were always very pleasant and helpful. The location to the beach was great, pools were lovely. There were plenty of activities.

The all-inclusive service is extremely poor, with very low-quality food and drinks. Restaurant service is bad, staff are unhelpful, rooms are outdated with damaged furniture, and bathrooms are poorly maintained, including rusted items.

Our first room was not what we reserved in advance but they could not move us until the second night there. The furniture in the room was filthy. We had to put sheets over it just to be able to sit on it. The floor was filthy as well. The sinks did not drain. They were always out of towels, both beach and bath towels. I called guest services at least 20 times to ask for towels and water but they never answer. The app never worked to reserve diner so your only choice is the buffet, which is a large variety of inedible food
