Making Bracelets with Mala from the entertainment team was a very fun activity and she was so friendly! She made my day by being so happy :)

12/11-18. Resort was 97% full. Specialty restaurants had wait list at 7p 80 min actual time. Gourmet had 7 couples waiting at open. The staff from bell hops,front desk, housekeeping, host, waiters & of course bartenders make for enjoyable visit. Entertainment crew keeping energy up throughout day & evening. Extra thanks to concierge Michell answering whole lot of questions, and her fellow concierge. Thanks for hustle by food service doing their best with difficult guest. Thanks to booking rep Yerani for her help.

We stayed at Joia and had a really nice experience overall. The resort is beautiful and well maintained which made it easy to relax here. Plenty of amazing spots to take photos. We enjoyed the food throughout our stay and especially liked the Ember steakhouse. We ended up eating there two nights because the food was consistently good and it became one of our favorites spots at the resort. The staff were a big part of what made this trip enjoyable. Everyone we met and interacted with was friendly and helpful and it felt like they genuinely cared about their guests having a good experience. Mala from the entertainment team really stood out to us. She was one of the first staff members to really engage and interact with us on our first day. We made friendship bracelets by the pool and she had us laughing the entire time. On Christmas she gave us Spanish lessons and that was equally as fun. As the trip went on she made a point to check in on us, sit and chat when she saw us, and she helped keep things fun and upbeat during nighttime events. Over the course of our stay she truly felt like a friend and it felt sad to say goodbye! Those little moments made our whole experience feel more personal. Overall we had a memorable trip and would consider coming back in the future. We’re glad we chose this resort and we would recommend it to others.

We were there the week before Christmas, we had a wonderful time, everything's perfect, the staff is very atentioned on "making our stay unforgetable". A special shout-out goes to two servers who were a real highlight of our trip; Christian and Leonardo at the buffet! Also I personnally liked the kindness of Angel, sound/light technician in the Coliseum! All employees took the time to answer me even if my spanish is at a low level; I made a point of speaking spanish and they were always patient, encouraging and genuinely happy to interact in spanish! We'll be back next year!

Benjamin, Benito, Tomas, and Fernanda were absolutely an amazing staff. They made our honeymoon so smooth and memorable. Thank you for the service and we look forward to coming back!
