Great family stay at the Casa Maya!

Just returned from an 8 night stay at the Casa Maya, and it was a truly enjoyable stay. The resort had a great layout, we had a one bedroom suite which was super spacious for a family of 5, our room was super clean and well maintained. We booked the level for the airport transfer but ended up enjoying the additional benefits that came with it, like the concierge, the mini bar and the breakfast at Cape Nao (shout out to our favourite server Arnulfo! He was great with the kids!) my only suggestion would be to offer a little more at dinner for kids at the Merkado buffet, my kids lived on chicken nuggets for a week, a regular pasta option (like the one at the Grill) would be an amazing addition! We will 100% be back, we loved our stay! Thank you!

Armando was great in the cafe nao restaurant! The rest of the staff was very attentive! The staff on the beach was great too!

Literally the worst food I’ve ever had out of resort not even edible. Do not stay here. I repeat do not stay here pay the extra and stay somewhere else.
