First family all-inclusive vacation experience couldn't have been better.
Marc F (Toronto, Canada) on Dec 06, 2025
This was our family's first all-inclusive vacation, and I booked here based on my brother's recommendation, we chose a family concierge swim up suite for 5 nights and booked directly with Melia from their website. The entire experience turned out to be perfect for what we needed; Erika was our assigned concierge and she made everything much easier for us; she was kind, thoughtful, friendly, and very prompt - I'm very very happy with the FC service, we truly felt welcomed. Our daughter is 10 years old and would live in the pool if she could, the waterpark (Aquazone) was a blast - even for me. The swim up suite we had didn't have the lounge chairs in the water though it was no matter as the sun never really hit that location (which made our suite a nice reprieve from the heat, to be honest). The children's activities/crafts are very much for young children, 8 and under I'd say, or at least the ones which were happening during our stay. Again, not an issue as our daughter would rather have pina coladas by the pool during her breaks from the water. The beach was nice though we didn't spend much time there as a family, my wife would love grabbing a coffee at the nespresso bar and heading to the beach to catch the sunrise with a book while our daughter slept. The food was overall excellent, we enjoyed Blue Agave mostly and the italian restaurant was also quite good. We had breakfast at The Lunch Box every morning, so we didn't experience the buffet much - even lunch we would order pool side. The entire experience was pretty close to perfect, we're already talking about our next visit for next year. Thank you Erika and the entire staff at Paradisus, we look forward to seeing you all again.
Fantastic fitness classes

I loved this resort, especially the fitness classes! Michelle, Elena and Nestor were awesome instructors! They were all so outgoing and fun. And they were really fit and knew how to motivate all of us participants in their classes! I wish I could take their classes all the time, not just when I am on vacation!
Overall a good stay

Good hotel with amazing service especially at the pools (Alfredo is THE best, hands down). Some of the restaurants need work - Cielo and the italian place. The push for timeshare-esque Circle club got annoying after multiple days of messages asking us to watch the presentation. Hydrotherapy is not as good as at other resorts
Best beach time

Cristopher at the beach was the best! Very helpful! Got us sunblock when we ran out, found us a shady spot every day! We will be back!!
Great resort hotel and location with great staff
Philip O (Kidderminster, United Kingdom) on Dec 04, 2025
The resort is well laid out and incredibly well maintained with a great balance of natural habitat and landscaped gardens. The pool is huge and we benefited from an amazing well appointed and incredibly spacious bedroom with pool access. We were in the reserve section and wonderfully spoilt by our super friendly and very helpful concierge. Nestor made our stay even more enjoyable. There were plenty of restaurants to chose from but unfortunately there seems to be an emphasis on quantity rather than quality, there is definitely room for improvement in the food sector and the included wines weren’t worthy of the Melia brand. This hotel would be perfect if there was more emphasis on improving the food and beverage,
