TRS YUCATAN is a plush hotel set in a beautiful location . We stayed in a junior suite on the second floor overlooking the tropical gardens. The room was spacious and elegant. We had the most wonderful butler service in our block with Mafer and Maykent taking such good care of us. They are stars. Staff here were friendly and helpful. Generally the food could do with being hotter and better quality. Omelettes at breakfast and fresh fruits were delicious. There is a good choice of restaurants on the site. We enjoyed going for walks and spotting different birds and animals as well as relaxing on the beach and going for a swim. We can recommend going out bird watching with Birding with Steven.

Maria and Daniela were exceptional hosts who talked us through a tequila and Mezcal tasting class. Would 100% recommend to everyone who comes here!

This was our first time at this resort. I was blown away by the pride of service every single staff member had. (And I am from this industry) It's a big place,,,and each pool area etc had a different vibe. The BBQ lunches at the infinity pool were awesome!!!! All our dinners were really good! One of the best steaks I've ever had, at El Gaucho. A HUGE thank you to Alexx our Butler! He totally made our vacation. He was knowledgeable, made suggestions, booked everything we wanted. Pulled some strings to make one event happen for us last minute! He was very friendly and went above and beyond! Our other two Butlers Eleanora and Belen, were warm and friendly and always had big smiles for us (due to our timing of getting up late, we really didn't interact a lot with them, ) but they too, were prepared to be helpful and get things done! Also the Cart Service was top notch and always fast to pick up! A wonderful vacation from the snow! I'd like to thank the sun for coming out too!! Lol

My wife and I had a great relaxing week at TRS Yucatan, the service from all the staff was great!
