A comfortable stay in a great location

Stayed for a week over Thanksgiving . Hotel had a stylish and fun decor and a great location in Japantown. Staff recommendations for nearby sushi restaurants were excellent and the hotel adjoins Nari, a Michelin star restaurant that we enjoyed. Buffet breakfast is good but spendy. Rooms are small but clean and hotel staff fixed our broken shower wand right away. Would definitely stay there again.

It is a little over priced. I guess it is all due to its convenient location. The room was spacious but the building it se of felt very old. My allergy seem to get worse in the room
Staff was wonderful

Shout out to Kat at the front desk, who went out of her way to make sure we had food to eat despite our late arrival. We also loved the location of this hotel - lots of food and shopping within walking distance!

Wonderful hotel with attentive staff. Restaurant in the Ginza next door is phenomenal. Both made me home sick for Japan.
An Island of serenity in a fast moving city.

In the hubbub and excitement of the Christmas season, it is nice to return to the serene space the Kabuki Hotel offers. The rooms are comfortable, and the staff is thoughtful and anticipates our needs. The on-site fitness center is exceedingly large, with state-of-the-art equipment and a training/stretching room. A block away are the Kabuki Hot Springs, where one can take comfort in the Japanese baths or receive a therapeutic massage. The hotel is connected to the Japan Center Mall, which offers shopping, fine dining, and Asian street food. Public transportation can whisk you to any of the many neighborhoods in the city. Or, there is always an UBER or a fleet of driverless Waymo vehicles to escort you a destination of your choosing. Finally, the onsite restaurant, Nari, is a Michelin-starred restaurant specializing in modern Thai dishes. Make a reservation early.
