We stayed 4 nights enjoyed everyday. So far the best getaway. Beautiful beaches and fun adventures. Highly recommend it! Can't wait to go back! ??

My wife and I had a wonderful time at Coconut Bay. Upon entry the front lobby staff was friendly and informative. We enjoyed our garden view room which had been updated recently. The renovations provided both a modernization with a Caribbean flavour. Special shout to Peggy who kept our room in top shape with her detail and personal touch each day! The pools are plentiful and well maintained....a refreshing option on a 30C day! What really stood out to us being the lack of congestion in any of the public spaces......there are plenty of areas to enjoy with little to no wait for anything. Noise was really a non factor (especially on the adult harmony side of the resort. Well done for a resort of this size during Christmas break! The staff was exemplary and very engaging. Additional shout outs to: Evelyn at the Veranda: Your smile and warm heart are infectious. We thoroughly looked forward to interacting with you each morning at breakfast! Thomas at the Harmony Pool Bar: Very engaging and the drinks were spectacular! You must try his pistachio shot......if you can extract his secret recipe good luck to you!! :-) Skeet at the Silk restaurant was also very intentional in all he did......hopefully you will purchase a crib board and we can challenge you on our next visit! The only area for improvement being the Wi Fi......as you mover closer to the edges of the resort it becomes very spotty. The management is aware of this and is actively looking to improve coverage over the coming months. Overall one of the best resorts we have ever visited, and while it is a bit pricier (Christmas break will always elevate cost), Coconut Bay should be a destination included in your bucket list.

Our extended family of grandparents, two sets of parents, three teenagers and one Kindergartner just returned from a fantastic week at Coconut Bay Beach Resort in St. Lucia. We've all been to many all-inclusives, including Sandals, Beaches, Club Med, Dreams, and Majestic Mirage. Coconut Bay competes closely with all of those. The location is great. 5-minute ride from the airport, but there are so few flights every day that airplane noise was minimal. The one fair criticism is that the Atlantic side is windier and not quite as clear as the Caribbean. But a short walk down their beach brings you to an oasis bar that reminded us of the Soggy Dollar bar and was a great surprise on a beautiful sandy beach (the beach right at the resort complex looks less nice, but walk for 5 minutes and you're good to go!). The rooms worked well. They are not as high end appointed as Beaches, and the bathrooms are a little small. But the beds were very comfortable. Everything works well. The terraces have lovely views. And everything was clean and well maintained. Our family made reservations over the holiday week on our first day there, and had no trouble exploring all the restaurants. The process and availability was way better than the other resorts we've been to, where we've often not been able to go to some restaurants or had to wait in line forever to get reservations. And the restaurants' food was all very good. You have to set your expectations right for all of them, including the buffet restaurants. They're all really quite good. But you're not going to a Michelin star place. The service throughout was truly exceptional. Easily as good as any resort we've been. Desk staff, wait staff, entertainment - everything was great. The fitness instruction was far more sophisticated than other places we've been. Facilities were great - spread out, lots of options for lounging and for activity. Chairs were always available by the pools and on the beach -- no stress to wake up early and get them. Tennis and pickleball courts and equipment were always available. Nightly entertainment was actually better in some ways that what we've seen elsewhere. In particular, the evening singers in the bar area were a great addition to hang out and play games as a family after dinner with some live entertainment. The piano bar singalong was a highlight for a fun night. Finally, when all flights shutdown and no one could get in or out of the Caribbean for a day, the hotel staff went out of their way to help make this setback a positive.

Great resort, they had plenty of excursions to offer, onsite activities and the food options were fantastic. The entire service from the staff has been brilliant, very personal and friendly. The hotel is split into 2 sections, the adults section and the family area, so was very relaxing for the adults only and plenty to do for the younger visitors. The rooms in both sections are very nice, the cleaners Regina and Amanda have been fantastic, with little notes left daily by Regina and having a nice chat with Amanda about the history and culture of St Lucia. This made us feel a lot more comfortable with leaving our belongings in the room. Would recommend this hotel for anyone looking to travel to St Lucia.

Amazing vacation with our 20&22 year old. We love to do a lot of things when we travel and this resort had it all, great food, lots of daily activities and amazing excursion zip lining awesome beach , fun,fun,fun! 5 minutes from the airport, and a shout out to CJ with the most amazing water aerobics, Richie, Kimani and Akia who got to know us and made all the activities so much fun the line dancing and the pool volleyball! I hope we can get back there is was an absolute treat! The only negative was the fine dining restaurant, it was beyond slow and not that great but the Italian restaurant was amazing with amazing service and the most delicious food and the breakfast on the balcony was fabulous with always friendly and organized service loved it all!!
