As of November 16, 2022, our complimentary gate upgrade experience for eligible top-tier members has gone digital.
Updated boarding passes issued in connection to complimentary gate upgrades will now be delivered via email and Apple Wallet – creating a seamless, efficient and more convenient experience when you fly with us.
With these exciting changes, it’s important to note that gate agents will no longer manage or page you to advise on upgrades.
To find out if you have received a complimentary gate upgrade:
- Check your inbox approximately 40 minutes before your flight’s estimated departure to see if you’ve received a new seat assignment and boarding pass.
- If using Apple Wallet, your boarding pass will be automatically updated with your new seat assignment circled.
Although our new system offers greater consistency when you experience this benefit, eligibility for complimentary gate upgrades remains the same.
