Dreams is a great chain of resorts. We have been to Onyx and Jade. We stayed at Dreams Jade in Cancun May 30 to Jun 6th 2025. Our conceige Butler Carlos was amazing. He sorted out our rooms so that we had 4 rooms in close proximity. He was always a WhatsApp message away for any requests.

Saul was an excellent exercise instructor! And yoga was great too, really worked out my kinks. Adilia at the pool was an attentive server! All the wait staff were attentive and some would even remember my drink order. The lady who did my makeup for the wedding did a fantastic job, and my daughter and I really enjoyed our feet fishy experience at the spa. Katia pulled off a beautiful wedding!! The facilities are like paradise and all the food was exceptional, especially the seafood and desserts!! My granddaughter enjoyed the Teppanyaki table! The only restaurant we didn't try was the French one since we had our granddaughter with us, but everything else was really good. The drinks were wonderful at all the bars but especially at the pools, which were very inviting! Make sure you bring your floatations. They will blow them up for you. Our room was a cool oasis but ask for the feather pillows. The ocean view room was worth the money, and I think there was a better breeze on the main side rather than the preferred. I spent some time over there as we were there for my daughter's wedding. All in all I can't wait to go back. It was our first time at an all inclusive resort, and I don't think we could have expected a better experience.

Our stay at the resort was absolutely incredible, and a big part of that was thanks to Francisco, the bartender. His service was a perfect 10/10—friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. From day one, he remembered us by name (and even gave us a fun nickname), which made every visit feel personal. He crafted unique, delicious drinks and gave us amazing recommendations for local spots we never would’ve found on our own. Be sure to look for Francisco and Abel—they’ll take care of you the entire trip and truly make your stay unforgettable. The resort itself had tons of amenities, but one hidden gem was the complimentary bike tour to Puerto Morelos town. It was a relaxing, authentic way to explore the area, and totally worth doing. Highly recommend this place for both the incredible staff and the experiences you won’t find at just any resort.

Very disrespektful employee (Fabiola) in the Italian a la carte restaurant. A employee like Fabiola really destroys the Hotel. Very Awfull. Paid a lot of money to be this disrespekted. Awfull!!!!!!!!! I would recomand, tochange Fabiola to make a better Atmosphere in the Italian a la carte!

In all of our years of traveling this is by far our favorite resort! The entire staff at Dreams Jade will ensure your experience is enjoyable! You will be greeted at the door with cool towels and a drink! Jade doesn't have a large footprint but is large enough to have space. We have a list of employees at Jade that you will want to spend time with. First of all, our UVC Luna is the best and if you are a UVC member or interested in being a member you need to speak with him. Next would be the Preferred staff, Roberto and Julian will take care of your rooms needs and wants. Maria and Michelle will provide your drink refreshments daily! At the Preferred Pool, Victor (Pool Concierge) will provide everyone with first class service. Preferred Chef Sergio will provide you with the best fish tacos and other lunch items. Preferred Bartender Fernando will definitely make you the best adult beverages. At the Preferred Breakfast, Cecilia will always greet you at the door with a smile and provide you the best table available for breakfast. Claudia and Antonio will always provide great service with a smile! At the Spice restaurant, Victor and Nora will always take care of your needs and wants during your dining experience. Chef Miguel will entertain you and prepared some great tasting Asian food with a huge smile! Server Martin is consistently available and provides great service throughout dinner. At Capers, Server Eric is outstanding and efficient! But the number #1 star for Dreams Jade would be Chef Alex!!!! I don't believe he ever leaves the resort! You will see him in the morning, afternoon, and dinner throughout the resort! Always moving with a purpose! Don't miss this resort!
