We vacationed at Jade puerto Morelos and enjoyed dining at Spice and the Hibachi table w Luis! Entertaining and awesome cooking skills. What a great family bonding experience and Luis made our night memorable and paid extra attention to our 3 year old grand daughter will visit again.

My family and I had a wonderful experience at Dreams Jade and truly loved everything about our stay. The service was outstanding—every member of the staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. We upgraded to the Preferred package, and it was absolutely worth it. It made the check-in and checkout process smooth and stress-free, and the added service really enhanced our trip. MJ, who was assigned to us during our stay, went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. She handled our reservations and even surprised us by decorating my daughter’s room for her birthday. She was incredibly attentive and even checked in on us on her day off. We also had several great waiters, but Edwin and Antonio really stood out and made every meal enjoyable with their excellent service. Overall, we had an amazing time. I’ve already recommended Dreams Jade to friends and family and we definitely plan to return.

Enjoyable experience. Have been to Jade three times and each time did not disappoint. Once brought two teenagers and found full days of entertainment nearby for all to love. Everyone talks about the seaweed but several days there was none! They work hard on clearing it. Nice variety of restaurants, always some entertainment. Spa was top notch and found the gym useful. Alcoholic beverages were good and cocktails delicious. One of my favorite features at Jade is their heated pool! Definately recommend!

We loved our supper at Spice. Rosa made incredible sushi rolls and made us feel like valued guests!

The overall experience compared to the value wasn't the best. I have stayed at better resorts for a cheaper price. The food was mid and the beach was small and a bit dirty. The adult pool was lame and sleepy, but the other pool had WAY too many kids running crazy. The drinks were ok, the best drinks were from Moments bar between 5-8. The service was great most of the time, minus Viktor in the French restaurant. We will likely not book this resort again. We only went because it was for a wedding.
