Dreams Jade is outstanding over, food, size of resort, rooms, staff, nothing bad to say. We will absolutely come back. Preferred Club is absolutely worth purchasing. The seaweed on beach was terrible visual & smell in some areas —-this is an issue throughout the Carribean & worse this year - hope that clears up for them soon

Had the best experience at Dreams Jade Resort & Spa celebrating one of my closest friends. There was a group of about 20 of us and we are so pleased with our stay. From the staff who are so friendly and really made us feel so special to the gorgeous property and rooms, 10/10 recommend this property to anyone who is thinking about visiting.

The dinners were great, the best of any all inclusive resorts that we have experienced (about 15 different resorts). The lunches did not have enough variety of food choices, so poor overall. The breakfast omelettes were great, and other breakfast choices were ok. However, the pools were dirty with mold or algae growing in all of the grout lines of the tiled pool walls. Often floating algae in the water too, There were also often the smells of raw sewage wafting by, including the outdoor eating areas. We were not able to open the balcony door to sit outside or dry our bathing suits due to the overwhelming sewage smells, Horrible. (This was not the smell of the rotting seaweed covering the beaches that also happened - which is not the fault of Dreams Jade…). Finally, twice we had to call maintenance to repair the ceiling and fix the leak coming from the air conditioner unit. The floors got wet with puddles of water and falling plaster.

Absolutely brilliant holiday. Everyone is so nice and go out of their way to help. Special mentions to Dylan, Saul and David who were the entertainment staff. Really good fun and helpful. The food and drinks are great. Waiters constantly round the pool offering drinks. Activities all day if you want to join in and I would recommend you do as it was great fun. I would highly rate this hotel and staff and will definitely be coming back again. X

This resort is absolutely amazing! The grounds, rooms, food and staff are superb. The entertainment team go above and beyond and make every day so much fun. A special mention for Dylan and Saul who are so friendly and make such an effort to speak to everyone during the day. I couldn’t fault anything at this resort.
