It was a great experience. Funny and very entertaining. Miguel was a vers great chef! The food was awsome, very good and fresh ingredients. I can only recommend to book the Teppanyaki Tabe for the Show. Great Experience and a must have on vacation.

Miguel was fantastic!!!!! Food, atmosphere, everything was great!!!!! Best at the resort so far! Entertaining and we really enjoyed the show, the food, the drinks and company!!!!! We will definitely be back again and we can’t wait!!!! Todo bien!

Miguel at Spice was wonderful! Very sweet, entertaining, and funny! Great experience! Would highly recommend coming here and reserving a spot for dinner! We had a great time and would love to be able to come back!! We absolutely loved it!!!

We are UVC Members, since 2019. Our friends who traveled with us were treated better than we were! What is the point of spending thousands on a membership?! As preferred members we were denied an upgrade at check in, which is fine.. but they put us in a room directly under a room that was being remodeled so it was impossible to relax in our room during the day. It was horribly loud from 0800-1800 with powertools and hammering, and the fumes from paint/varnish & whatever they were using came into our room so we had to smell it 24/7. Our membership was not honored in one of the gift shops, but was in the other… ? We had to ask repeatedly for robes/slippers, our room to be cleaned, Pringles/MMs, and diet coke to be stocked. Never received the diet coke, pringles, MMs.. and took several days for the others. Dinner buffet had very few choices. Breakfast at preferred restaurant was terribly overcooked. Last time we were there, one bar opened earlier but now none opened before 10, even the preferred lounge would only serve mimosas. Coco cafe didn't have many selections, and the app would not work correctly for room service. Sometimes they allowed non-prefferred guests to be at the preferred only pool just because of attitude and didn't want to deal with it. Those were also the guests that would eat in the pool and be obnoxious, which was disappointing that noone would do anything about it. The Italian and Mediterranean restaurants were the worst meals. French was the best. Hibachi was free on our visit 5 months ago, this time it was a $20 per person charge. However our UVC rep was able to get us a free seating for 2 days later so that worked out. I guess that's the only positive thing that came out of us being UVC Members! You'd think if you're staying 12 nights, we could have had that more than once, but there was a 1 time max per stay. The spa was terrific, best massage I ever had. My masseuse was Carmen. The hydrotherapy beforehand was amazing. We do appreciate the coco cafe being open 24/7, as we have been to several other resorts without that benefit. Also appreciate the 24/7 room service. Only downfall was I ordered it a few hours in advance, and it was still delivered over 30 minutes later than scheduled. Lastly, we had to wait a long time to check out. We were offered assistance by 3 different employees, and when told we were needing to check out, they made us wait longer for a different employee. When asked again, a bell boy walked up, interrupted, and waived over a couple for check in. He then told us to step back and someone would be with us soon. It was incredibly rude as we had already been waiting for almost 15 minutes to have someone walk in and be assisted- again, non- UVC members being treated better than members. Seriously regret signing up.

Best Teppanyaki show I've seen ever. Been to many resorts. Miguel is indispensable and a phenomenal chef! Coming from a classically trained chef as myself I was blown away! I cannot say anything negative about our experience. Please keep this chef around.
