Spice - Luis Fun and funny! The service was entertaining, engaging and professional. The food was delicious and cooked perfectly. The commentary was especially appropriate for the diverse group at our table.

This resort is clean and comfortable. The staff are mostly nice, however the service tends to be inconsistent even when you are tipping. The food is perfectly edible, but shouldn’t be your primary motivator for staying here as it’s average at best. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here as we really enjoyed the location near Puerto Morelos. We were able to relax and enjoy the sunshine and not worry about all the little things in life that you’re usually responsible for.

This was our first time staying at a Dreams resort and it did not disappoint! We upgraded to preferred which so worth it! Preferred pool was much quieter than the main pool and even though we had to wake up early, we always got chairs on the beach! Fish tacos at the preferred pool snack bar are a must! Special shout out to Miguel at Spice, Carlos and Javier at the preferred pool bar, and Jonas with Amstar that helped us set up our excursion. Would definitely come back!
