We had a great time. We had problems with are room and went to the office and they moved us with know problems. We will go back again
Chef/Staff at Teppanyaki Resto EXCEPTIONAL

Miguel at the Teppanyaki restaurant (chef) was absolutely incredible. His skill as chef was unbelievable; and his hospitality was over and above. The food he created was sensational!!! Best All Inclusive meal i think i’ve ever had; and Miguel and his staff were impeccable. So well done.

Miguel and Louis we're an absolutely phenomenal pair for our dinner reservation! The presentation and the dinner show was beyond incredible! True talent and true professionalism all the way around. 10 Stars if possible!!!

Jose and Miguel at the towel station by the beach were always attentive to the needs around the pool. Both of them were very friendly every morning and afternoon when we would walk by, whether we needed a towel or not! A warm greeting and a smile goes well with the sunshine. Their level of hospitality helps make this resort what it is.
