My husband and I stayed at Dreams Jade as a couple, May 4 - 9. We love this resort. It was our 2nd time to visit. We booked Preferred, but we're not UVC members. Besides the beauty of this resort, the service is amazing, 10 out of 10! (Lourdes at the buffet, Angel & Alexandra at the adults pool, Juan at the Capers, just to name a few). This is a family friendly resort, but the layout separates the adult preferred pool from the family side. That's a plus! Our room was HUGE. It was an Ocean View Suite with a king bed, double closets, double sinks and a completely separate/private toilet area with a 3rd sink and full door, which was nice as some resorts do not have that. Housekeeping came daily to tidy our room and restock the mini bar. The adult pool was very nice with plenty of loungers. We didn't have trouble with people playing the towel/chair game, but we always got to the pool around 8 am and stayed until early afternoon. Melvin was the towel attendant all week and he was wonderful. He got us a small table when we asked and was very attentive to everyone! Check in and check out we're easy and we weren't approached about the UVC sales presentation, but we saw some guests being approached at check in. A few areas being renovated, but that didn't take away from our experience at all. There were a few weddings taking place, one of which was huge with maybe 150 guests traveling from 6 countries. It was a 3 day event for them with celebrations happening each day. The couple was from India and Dominican, I believe. Absolutely stunning for them! The ONLY thing that is a negative is the beach because of the seaweed. The resort works very hard to keep on top of it, but Mother Nature always wins. Some days were better than others. It was red flag all week because of the wind and surf. No one was in the water. That said, we would still return for a 3rd visit, 100%.

We recently stayed at Dreams Jade Resort & Spa in Puerto Morelos. Our son got married there. Everything was amazing. Everyone was very helpful, welcoming and friendly. We really enjoyed the entertainment team especially Antonio “Tony” and David. They were amazing. They did a grea job and are amazing at what they do. Gabriela “Gaby” in the reception area was also very friendly and helpful. Our 86 year old mother forgot her walker and Gaby called a company that rented us a wheelchair for the time that we stayed at the hotel. Everything from the location, the atmosphere, rooms, value, cleanliness, service and amenities was excellent. We would definitely return and would highly recommend.

What a fantastic place. We went as a couple for our 25 years together celebration. We could not have had a better experience. The resort is fabulous, not too big!! The staff made our holiday a dream. What lovely and gorgeous people. We met so many friends…. Bobbing around on our lilo in the adults pool, having our drinks ready!! We knew about the seaweed problem but honestly they work tirelessly to remove it. We walked to Costa Majures a couple of times. A lovely fishing village and we snorkelled on the reef!! What an experience!! Our favourite place was The Mix bar, a quiet beach front bar. We met the fabulous Hiram, who looked after us every night. He told us where to visit, we chatted every night about our day and he advised us on where to go. He made us the best drinks. We never needed to ask and looked after us!! Thank you Hiram. We are going back in January without two daughters, aged 21 and 22 and I know they will love it!!! If you want a loud and late night resort, this is not the one for you. This is a really friendly and smaller resort but so much better than any of the bigger ones we have been to. Thank you to all at Dreams Jade. ?? We had the best holiday ever!!

We are sadly coming to the end of a great stay at the Dreams Jade. The food has been outstanding in all the speciality restaurants and the certainly the best in any all inclusive hotel we have ever stayed in. The daytime activities have been fun and a special mention to Raul. We have also seen some great night time shows. The rooms were well cleaned every day and the overall hotel is clean with some beautiful gardens, some work is being undertaken which sadly robbed us of the swim up bar towards the end of our stay. It is also nice to have a 24/7 coffee shop where you always got a coffee and a smile even at 3:30am before our early morning trip.

Lovely resort and well maintained. Good choice of additional restaurants and the staff were exceptional in their level of service. The beach is nice, with lovely soft white sand, however this year the seaweed level seemed quite a problem, even though it is cleared everyday. Very popular venue for a destination wedding. Overall, we had a lovely holiday
