Stayed for 1 week, Preferred and had a fantastic time. All the staff were exceptional and the service was great. A shout out to Abdias at the preferred pool bar who took great care of us, making sure we were well hydrated.?? Julian in Preferred lounge, made sure all our needs were met. He looked after our reservation needs and kept us updated on daily activities. Louis at the Spice tapanyaki who put on an amazing show while preparing a delicious meal - outstanding! Bring a pool float, travel mug, kick back and relax. You will be well taken care of. Thank you Jade family for a relaxing vacation!!!

Luis was brilliant as the chef of the day. Great chat, brought everyone in to the meal, despite not all being connected. Food was lovely.

Miguel was an amazing chef at the hibachi restaurant, very friendly and made our experience excellent, and the food is even better!

Francisco at the lobby bar each day from 10-3. He is a great guy who is a wonderful ambassador for the Jade and makes the best margaritas. Michelle, Carolina and Misael at preferred lounge are very pleasant and accommodating and make great drinks. Alberto at Tamarindo remembered us from previous visits and is an excellent server. we also enjoyed having Eduardo at Tamarindo one evening, I can't forget Jesus at the morning buffet. he greets us every visit with a big smile all the staff at the breakfast buffet hustle. Lourdes, Edwin, and others who have been there for years, we can't say enough about their service and personalities, such fun. And same with the outdoor pool servers, hard workers, friendly, always get our order correct. Alvero has been there for years and we always look forward to seeing him. he's a great guy. Wendy made sure our room was cleaned and stocked with coffee, water, towels everyday. We love the Jade, but we keep returning to the Jade because of your staff and the way we are treated.

Amazing experience with Jola and Bianca at french restaurant!,who surprised us with warm welcome and surprise cake for our anniversary!!! Thank you.
