We had an amazing time. Great food and great service. Extremely friendly staff, especially Jose at Restaurant Tamarindo!

We were are the resort from Jan 9-16, 2026, preferred guests. It was an excellent stay. We will go back because of the staff. They are attentive and dedicated. Special mentions go to Paulina Enriquez, Roberto Rodrigues and Melvin (pool). They did an amazing job making sure our requests were attended to. We will go back because of them. You need to go and experience it for yourself. Service was exceptional, staff were great, food was delicious and room was beautiful.

We stayed at Dreams Jade Resort & Spa for a wedding. While the property itself is nice, the staff is what truly made the experience notable. A huge shout-out to Alvaro and Israel for providing outstanding poolside service. They were incredibly attentive and friendly, ensuring the Icebergs and mango daiquiris were flowing all day long! Their hard work and professional attitudes really stood out and were the highlight of our time by the water. Regarding the accommodations, our room was satisfactory, if not a little tired and in need of a refresh. However, some of the other wedding guests did have issues with their room quality and had to change rooms.

The service was great. My massage by Dafnee in the spa was very relaxing. Alvaro and Israel at the pool bar are the best. Christian with the poolside massages has magical hands. Four stars for our room - it seems if you don’t book as a preferred guest you get very poor amenities and outdated rooms.

All the food was great as well as the drinks. All employees greet you with a smile. Room service is 24 hours but it usually takes about an hour. Our housekeeping person was very good with our requests. Our Bellboy, Victor was very helpful and right there when we needed him.. My only complaint is that the room thermostats could only go so low and we were very warm at times.
