Great week, restaurant food was very good, special dinner for the level customers was excellent. Did not use the buffet restaurant. Disappointed that golf tee times were in the late afternoon. As a single golfer playing first thing in the morning was never a problem finding a group. Couldn't do that this year will make sure morning times are booked next time. Customer service for Level was excelent.

We have been in Varadero a lot of times however first time at Melia Las Americas. Very friendly atmosphere, hard working and helpful staff, very clean hotel, convenient path to the beach. Definitely will be back and would recommend to friends and family. Anjela/Leo

We visited Varadero a few times however is our first visit to Melia Las Americas. We enjoyed our stay and definitely planning to come back with the family and friends in the future. Spectacular beach, friendly and helpful staff. The staff work very hard and happy to serve all guests.

This hotel was the best desicion for our vacations , i don't wanna go to my home because i feel like there. Special mention to all the team of Mediterranean Restaurant for the breakfast and lunch thanks to Wendy Yanet Enrique Irety Yuni Indira Margarita the captain Miriela and my congratulations to the chef Alexander and Robert thanks to both for the most amazing food I've tried here, thanks a lot to all this team they was so hellpfully friendly and kind. We absolutely come back to this resort.
