It was great, very good service and a quality hotel. We cant wait to come back, the best Hotel in Varadero for sure if you want a beautiful beach and a good hotel.

It was our family's first visit at the MLA. We stayed from Dec 8-15 and we had an excellent experience! We opted for the LEVEL package and were very satisfied by all the privileges offered. The beach and 2-level pools were beautiful and the swim up bar was perfect. We had a great 2 story room which was modern and faced the pools, well cleaned and mini fridge stocked daily. Thank you Idania and Allen! All the employees at the MLA were very friendly, courteous, professional and served us with a smile. The food at the a la carte restaurants were very tasty, especially the Cuban Restaurant La Robleza and the Italian Restaurant Il Limoncello. Thank you Yusmila! We really appreciated the Mediterranean Restaurant daily for wonderful breakfasts and lunches with breath taking views of the ocean. Thank You Enrique, Wendy, Alex, Yanet, Indiro! A very special Thank You to Raoul (LEVEL Guest Services) who took exceptional care of us, and Nayla. Raoul for your care at the beach and pool ensuring we were comfortable and Christian for the great towel service. Miquel and team for incredible service at the swim up bar, and pool side lunches, as well as the crew at the LEVEL lounge, which we appreciated the available snacks and drinks and Ernesto and Miguel at the golf course. Also, a very special Thank You to Frank (GM at the LEVEL) for making our mother's 80th Birthday extremely memorable at the Gala with music and dance. Overall, if we could rate 10 stars, we would! The staff was always very kind, the receptionists Maria Isabel and Catheryn were very helpful. The food was tasty, the view from our rooms was gorgeous and it was very clean and quiet. The beaches are pristine and they have lots of activities throughout the week. If you are a cat lover you’re gonna enjoy de experience even more since there are lots of them

Staff very friendly! Specially at the reception catheryn and Maria Isabel, they helped us with everything, always with a lovely attitude!
