The service department, and the technical service at this hotel was outstanding and truly made our stay enjoyable. The staff was professional, friendly, and always eager to help. Requests were handled quickly and efficiently and we always felt well taken care of. The pool staff were especially helpful and attentive, ensuring the area was clean, well maintained, and welcoming at all times. Every interaction was positive, and it was clear that customer satisfaction is a priority here. I would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel because of the exceptional service.

Been to Varadero 3 years in a row for Christmas at 3 different resorts, this resort would rank the lowest of the 3. Positives are: nice place from a far, mostly friendly staff, nice pool, nice beach, clean rooms, good water pressure in showers. Things to improve: food variety, entertainment, towel services.

Too many to list. The food is all cold. If you want warm pasta, fried egg or fried meat on a dirty grill. Wait in a line of people as they cook one order at a time with one frying pan. I watched a woman pulling meat apart with her bare hands. A serving utensil fall on the floor and it was placed back in the dish. Saw bugs crawling on food and not flys actual bugs. Room had broken doors. None of the outlets worked. The fridge was plugged into an outlet that wasnt an outlet just a pretend plate over a hole in the wall. Outlets hanging out of the wall. Towels not changed. We had wet towels all week to shower with. Dirty glasses not changed. I spoke to front desk about the problems and not having water and was told nothing could be done. I am a good tipper and for the first time in my life I stopped tipping. Unless you speak spanish you are ignored at the bar and table service. I had enough when i was waiting to be seated and they took people after me. When i spoke to the manager he actually said no that didn't happen. No one at the beach to help with the water boats. Beach bar closed. It took two days to get beach towels. No nightly entertainment. The walkways are not lit at night. Very dark. Snack bar had only ham sandwiches. I think the positive reviews come staff. There is no way that people find this place great. I travel alot and am very tolerant but never again. If you can book somewhere else, stay away
