Value for money at excellent location

We stayed at Crown Paradise club and it has been very good experience overall. Resort is very well maintained and seen lot of hard working staff everywhere doing their best. Many resort along hotel zone had some of seaweed but our resort seems to be cleaning beach as well. It is also family friendly and lot of activities for kids to enjoy. Since resort building is old you would feel rooms are old but still well kept and clean. Buffet was out best choice for all the days. There is no shortage of food and drinks,no matter what time of day there is something always open somewhere. It is also priced competitively and we felt we good bang for buck we paid !

Jesus took excellent care of us making sure our luggage made it to our room and back down this morning. He goes above and beyond what anyone expects. He is one of the main reasons that we return to crowne paradise! You definitely need more employees like Jesus

Abusive treatment and unfair attempt to charge us a rate-change fee that was never disclosed

First day: 2 hours of queue for check in. Second day: my room was locked with my things in and the concierge claimed that we owed $50/per day because my son turned 6 and there was a rate change and although we were never informed of this at the booking neither at the check in. Although we express our dissatisfaction, the concierge was never able to provide arguments and threaten locking our room with our staff or calling the police if we didn't pay them this extra charge that they have in their internal procedure. Additionaly, you can't find a beach chair and canopy unless you go to the beach 5:45am to reserve them Every day there was a line to have breakfast I have the chance to stay in other All Inclusive hotels and never experienced such treatment and even less this abusive treatment and the unfair attempt to charge us a rate-change fee that was never disclosed at the time of reservation or check-in, nor advertised on their website or communicated by email.
