Beautiful location but that’s where the positives end. Service was slow and unhelpful, and the food was mediocre at best. For the price, I expected much better. Wouldn’t stay again.

Great time at Secrets Papagayo! Beautiful views, wonderful people! Food was great! Everyone we interacted with was friendly & helpful, from the restaurant staff, bar staff and entertainment team! They all worked hard to please! Thank you to all for a wonderful vacation!

Great experience in Costa Rica our first time. Resort had great food and service. The activation team was great and we had lots of fun. Bartenders were great . Thanks to all staff for the week.

This was our first all inclusive resort. I was a little disappointed. Our rooms were not ready when we arrived(which was fine-we were early). We went to grab something to eat while we waited. Our first experience at Market Cafe was not the best. One of our guests were not dressed in the dress code for the restaurant and the women was very rude about it. First timers so we didn't know where to go or what to do and she was not helpful. Saw her again for dinner and was the same attitude. The room was nice, it needs more lights though. Bed was comfy and we had enough room. The rooms were clean. The buses were WONDERFUL. I was told most resorts do not have those. Sometimes we would be waiting 5-10 minutes but most of the time it was within a few minutes. The bus drivers were wonderful too. Our biggest complaints we had were the restaurants and bars. It was very difficult to get a table for more than 2-4 people sometimes. There were two nights we didn't eat until 9:00. They ran out of certain food a few nights and they would run out of alcohol at certain times/bar. You don't have very many places to eat. The coffee place was great. The morning buffet was honestly the best meal of the day. Also, the Sushi place was fantastic! It just took a bit to get our food. We did do massages and those were great as well! The night time entertain was good. Something to do. We did the JETSKI tour through the resort. That was one of the best things! You get to see the monkeys (bring bananas or apples to feed them) and go into the caves. You do need to do the earlier slots to see those things. Overall, I don't know if i would come back to this resort. The only upside is it is adults only.

Great and relaxing very strong hands both Jennifer and Kimberly were incredible and very attentive. I felt so good afterwards.
