This hotel is extremely loud. They throw parties on the roof till very late hours. The rooms are gross and old. Everything in the bathroom is peeling off. The beds are uncomfortable and pillows are bad. The management take zero responsibility or actions. As a lifetime platinum I can’t describe how frustrating everything was and is. I can only imagine what they do to the others. Stay in Hilton, much cleaner and better rooms And much much better customer service.

I will certainly be returning to this hotel. Every aspect of my stay was exceptional, from the prime location to the impeccable service to the great rooms with free coffee and water and state-of-the-art gym facilities. I particularly enjoyed the concierge level; the food was excellent, and the staff provided a consistently warm and welcoming atmosphere. A perfect 5/5 experience.

I stayed at the Sheraton Grand Los Angeles for a weekend trip and had a wonderful experience overall. The only drawback was that the Club Lounge was closed during the weekend, which was a bit disappointing given this was a leisure weekend stay. That said, it didn’t take away from the many positives of the hotel. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of downtown Los Angeles, making it easy to get around and enjoy the city. The staff throughout the property were consistently welcoming and attentive, which gave the stay a very personal feel. I’d especially like to commend the wait staff at The District. Their service was thoughtful and genuine, and one lady in particular stood out for her exceptional attention to detail. She truly elevated our dining experience and embodied the spirit of hospitality. The room itself was spacious, comfortable, and a perfect retreat after busy days exploring the city. Even with the lounge closed, the combination of the hotel’s prime location, the professionalism of the staff, and the comfort of the accommodations made this a memorable stay. I would happily return and recommend the Sheraton Grand Los Angeles to others.

Good stay at Sheraton Grand! We came in for a Laker game. We felt that this location was very convenient as there are many things to do nearby. Only con is even though my room was paid for 100% by points, I still got hit with an approximate fee of $100 (parking and destination fee). Other than that, staff and security was great and the rooms were very clean. The parking garage must be the safest in the city due to the exorbitant fee to park! Hopefully the GM, Clay Andrews can figure out a solution soon!
