I went with friends to the district and had a wonderful valet service from Rigo. I appreciate the attention and service provided. Great food too!

In town for a wedding at the Majestic Downtown. The Grand Sheraton is a beautiful hotel. Staff very helpful and eager to offer assistance. The District restaurant was a great hangout for family and the food and drinks were fantastic. Kudos to housekeeping staff that cleaned our two rooms for five days. Valet parking attendants did a good job retrieving our SUV in a timely manner. Definitely looking forward to my return to DTLA.

The lounge is closed on the weekend. Anyone with status should avoid this hotel if you are there over the weekend. As a bonus, i was entertained that no one could figure out the elevators??

The staff at the reception and car valet were impeccably polite and helpful. The room was exactly as described, shower great, room cleaned daily We tried the breakfast but thought it a bit expensive for not very big portions. The abiding memory we came away with though was the noise from the metro below the hotel. We were on the 16th floor but could hear every train stopping and starting below. Took us a bit to work out why this was the case, then we realised our room (1621) was next to the fire escape allowing the noise to funnel up. Just a hint for future travellers, ensure you're not in a room by the fire exit !
