Was taken to the district to celebrate my 23rd birthday, where i had the lamb chop which was amazing!!! the service was amazing the valet attendants haven and jose were very kind and friendly they kept my car close and had it ready by the time we went down to pick it up would come back for more drinks

From check in to check out, thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Sheraton Grand Downtown LA. The staff was friendly, very helpful and accommodating. We stayed for USC parents weekend not sure what to expect of downtown LA, but the area was safe, clean, and conveniently loaded with restaurants, and entertainment near by. We will be back!

Room was spacious, clean and well lit. Decent bath. Location is brilliant with public transport, restaurants and cafés nearby. Hotel breakfast has big portions. The little cafe Marie’s nearby has the best Bagel sandwiches I have ever tasted.

Lance needs to be promoted to top bellhop immediately! He was prompt, friendly, attentive, proactive, and hilarious! Enrique in the basement bar is such a phenomenal server, amazing attention to detail and bringing surprise mystery drinks! 10/10 would stay again just for the staff!!

Great hotel and great valets! Nice clean and nice staff. Stayed her for work event and was perfect location for us and beautiful rooms. Would definitely stay here again. Easy walk to restaurants and metro. Bar was nice. Hotel was nice and quiet too
