Great location

Hotel is beautiful and well taken care of. Location is perfect, easy to walk to a lot of local attractions, restaurants and public transportation. Very safe and clean. We choose this location because we have friends that live near by and we went to visit them in LA. Be aware that parking is very expensive, $60 per night. They called it valet parking but basically you still have to go and get the car. Not worth the money

Great location DTLA

The experience at the Sheraton is always enjoyable. During this visit, however, it was a bit disappointing that the Wi-Fi and the elevator key were not working, which caused some inconvenience. Nevertheless, I look forward to my next visit.

The ambience ..the staff..and the rooms. All outstanding. The location is ideal. The staff was so very helpful and friendly…and the room was large..nicely appointed and very comfortable!

Comfortable and pleasant trip

Sheraton Grand Los Angeles is located in the heart of downtown LA. Safe to walk to many restaurants within few blocks. Hotel is clean nice. Price is reasonable compared to hotels nearby. This hotel has recently upgraded the gym with Technogym. I always try to stay in this hotel when I visit LA. I want to thank to Clay and Daniel for great support. And thanks to Christopher Sereano at Club Lounge. He is very friendly, kind and helpful to all the guests at the lounge. I wish to come back to this hotel in the next trip to LA.

terrible experience

I went to the hotel with my family on 21 April. After checking in, I saw the room assigned to us; it did not correspond to the one I had booked; furthermore, it was dark, noisy and smelly. I asked to change rooms, but at the reception desk I was told that the other available rooms were noisier than the one assigned to me. I therefore decided not to stay at the hotel and to go to another hotel. Despite not having slept at the hotel, my credit card was charged for one night. I have written to the hotel's customer service department and Marriott Bonvoy several times to ask for an explanation, but I have never received a reply, even though I am a Gold Elite member.
