This place was nicely located in downtown LA. There were many good restaurants within walking distance. A major hub for the metro is right downstairs. There isn’t a whole lot going on in the hotel itself. The bar didn’t open until 5:00. The elevators are a huge pain. Tap your key, pick your floor, wait a long time. Getting in and out of the conference area is also a huge pain. There’s no easy way to get there without taking one of two elevators or going all the way outside and around. The room was a nice set up with a clever couch situation that is also the bench for the large table but I never love showering in a tub.

We stayed at the SGLA for a few days in December of 2025. There were a couple of very helpful and friendly staff members who deserve a shout out--Miguel and Guadalupe who were working during breakfast in the Club Lounge. Fast forward 8 months to August 2026 and we are back at the SGLA in the lounge having breakfast, and I recognized Miguel, but the amazing thing was he recognized me and we chatted cordially. The thought that someone who is busy serving and helping so many people actually remembered me, made my stay at the Sheraton very special. I wanted to stop and say thank you to Sheraton for staffing customer-facing positions with people like Miguel and Guadalupe who make it feel like home away from home. Michele

Safest place I've seen ever especially people video and new ai elevators. Staff were very pleasant, providing caring services. One staffer stood out made my day. Keep smiling and doing a leader role Jennifer Ares of Valet. 8/26

Brilliant hotel in great location. Hunter on reception helped us so much with ideas to help me and my teenage kids. The Grammy museum is a must!! Next time in LA will be at the same hotel as for the cost cannot get better. Thank you!!
