This review is not only for the nice accomodations of the hotel, but mainly for the service that was provided. Everyone from Joselito, who was the first Bellman helping us with our luggage up to our room upon check-in (the hotel was kind enough to provide early check-in and late check-out at no extra cost) to Benjamin who was so kind as well at the front desk. Congratulations Joselito (hope I'm spelling your name right) on being at the hotel for 20 YEARS!!!! Thank you again Benjamin for making our stay so pleasant and comfortable and being kind with your time and service. Thank you Andrew at the hotel bar for having a great name and being so friendly! Last but not least, thank you to Josh and Joakim down at the Valet Service Station. I lost something that had some real sentimental value, and these two gentlemen spent the time and effort to search for it. They found it BTW! Definitely would recommend the hotel and especially because of the team that the hotel has the privilege to employ. They are amazing, hard working professionals. Please consider that when it's time for a raise??

We were on a road trip for over a week and needed a comfy place to stay to rest up and Sheraton Grand LA was just the place we're looking for. Up on checking in, we were informed the 2 rooms we booked were going to be in separate floors, which would've been a bit inconvenient since half of our party do not speak fluent English and may require assistant getting around in the hotel. Richard, the amazing staff at the front desk, told us "say no more", worked his magic, and gave us two upgraded rooms that were located super close to each other. He even went the extra mile by ensuring we knew how to operate the hotel elevator. The rooms were super nice and comfortable. Our stay was super pleasant and had a smooth check out thanks to Jun, another great front desk staff member/manager. Would 10/10 recommend anyone to stay at this hotel!

Random moron employee followed me through the garage asking me which car was mine because I’m a beautiful black women and he assumed I must’ve not been apart of the hotel. Causally walking to my car and I was harassed, very uncomfortable……..

Although we live only 55 miles away, we spent the weekend here to have easier access to the Notre Dame vs. USC game festivities and to help my daughter reach Bonvoy Platinum status. This hotel is located at The BLOC shopping center downtown. There is a Macys, a movie theater, a Walgreens, and other shops within steps of the hotel. Best for us: the 7th Street Metrorail stop is right there. We took the train to get to USC and it could not have been easier. The District restaurant onsite is excellent and reasonably priced. The beds were very comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!!

Solid business hotel. Spacious, clean rooms. Service excellent. Staff friendly and timely with cleaning rooms. Price very reasonable for downtown LA. Convenient location next to Metro, coffee places, restaurants. Good choice for business trip.
