Was with a friend at a conference and this was the Conference Hotel. The staff was wonderful. They consistently attempted to accommodate me in everything from: 1- Booking a tour of Los Angeles 2- Storing our luggage when we first arrived as well as when we were waiting. The bellmen were simply amazing. So amazing I have to give them a shoutout. Lin and Istvan went above and beyond the call of duty.

Walter in valet services gave great customer service! He greeted me with a smile and he helped me load my stuff in car without me asking him. Asked me how my day was and made sure I enjoyed my stay there. Guest services also did great in checking me out of my room and made sure I was charged correctly.

While just coming from the Conference here at Sheraton— Haven, Jose, and Oscar were exceptionally helpful and professional. My car was in top shape and I didn’t have to wait long at all! Wonderful smiles and swift service ! I’d for sure come Back !

Eddie B. was at valet at checkin. I didn’t want to be here at all and was kind of grumpy. Eddie was so personable and exuberant that all I could was smile. I even went out of my way to go back to tip after I got to my hotel room. Just a lovely person with an infectious smile.

I highly recommend the Sheridan Grand! It was a beautiful hotel and the room was clean, comfy and spacious. I want to give a BIG shout out for Eddie B!! He greeted us when we arrived and was so friendly and gracious! Best greeting I’ve ever had at a hotel. Every time I saw him during our stay he was always friendly, gracious and helpful.
