We had an excellent stay! Check-in with Linda was incredibly smooth, she was welcoming, helpful, and made everything effortless after a long day of travel. The location couldn’t be better, with easy access to Universal Studios. We’d happily stay here again!

Carlos the bell man was excellent with the comma dating us with our rooms. His customer service was top notch. The hotel is marvelous , and you would want to stay here over and over again.
