We stayed here for 9 nights. Check in was quick and staff were helpful and friendly. The room was big with 2 double beds and a small fridge with a coffee machine. Pool area was clean and not too busy, always clean towels available. The location is great for visiting Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure, only about a 20 minute walk. It’s also walking distance to some nice restaurants .

Location was perfect. Check in/out process was easy. Bellhop service very convenient and bellman were kind. Carlos was very nice. Rooms were clean for the most part however very poor ventilation especially in the bathroom. We could hear our A/C dripping water as it ran (annoying). We also requested a room upgrade to accommodate our family, was told they made the accommodation however later we were told corner room was no longer available, which made our stay a little crowded in the room.

We had an absolutely wonderful breakfast experience at the café inside DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel at the Entrance to Universal Orlando, and a huge part of that was thanks to Jim, our server. Jim went above and beyond to make our morning special. He was incredibly considerate of our family’s needs, ensuring everything was taken care of with genuine care and attention. From helping us navigate the breakfast options to promptly bringing anything we needed, his service was flawless. What truly stood out was his warm personality—Jim is a genuinely positive and engaging person who made us feel welcomed and valued. His friendly conversation and cheerful attitude set the perfect tone for the day. It’s rare to come across someone who combines professionalism with such a personal touch. Jim turned a simple breakfast into a memorable experience for our family. We truly appreciate his outstanding service and look forward to coming back!

We had a great experience. Hotel was clean and the staff was amazing. Jim in the Sunshine cafe was an incredible server and we would come back just for his service!
