we loved our stay at this hotel , we had no complaints at all location was fantastic only a 20 minuet walk over to universal , rooms are lovely and spacious with a big wardrobe which you don't get often . We used the laundry room which was very handy plenty of washers and driers and if you need washing powder there is a machine . the on site pizza place is a must visit it was very good pizza and we loved it . we would 100% be looking at booking this hotel again we really loved staying here .

I have to say this stay was one of the best stays I have ever had at any hotel and I have been to many. The customer service I experienced was unmatched. I do not even know where to start. I have to send a shoutout to Diamond from the front desk. I had a death in my family that I found out after getting off the plane. Diamond could sense something was wrong and asked if she could give me a hug. That was worth more than anything I could ask for. Then to top it off the whole crew which included Karina, Arianna, Suki and Pam. The customer service these people showed my family and I at the time of our grief really helped us through it. The smiles they gave when we came down. God actually sent some Angels working behind the counter. They then topped it off with those delicious cookies. The room was very clean as well. I would highly recommend this hotel. A hug and a smile goes a long way. Good job HR on hiring some of the best staff.
