A huge shout out to DoubleTree employee “Vinh,” my breakfast waiter at the Courtyard Café! These 5 stars are for you!!! He went above and beyond my expectations every morning — always putting a smile on my face and making sure all my needs were met. His kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail truly stood out! Vinh is a remarkable waiter and an absolute asset to the hotel. Thank you for making each morning such a great experience!

Amazing location to universal parks and also a few shops/restaurants around! Hotel was clean and staff super friendly to help with anything. Shout out to Maryorp who cleaned one of our rooms, amazing attention to detail. Only room for improvement would be later checkout to like 5/6pm without paying a full room rate. Otherwise recommend the hotel and thank you Chastis for checking on us

We absolutely love this hotel, the accommodations, the service & the proximity to universal park was one of the main reasons we stayed here. But now that we know that the rooms and service are great, we'll ill definitely be back on a regular basis. We like the shuttle hours from the hotel to the universal park. There is about three times in the morning that the shuttle will leave the premise and take you to the park. It isn't a first come first, serve bases.So come at least fifteen minutes before it takes off. If it's on the weekend, you need to book a day before and they have a universal rep in the lobby area that will help you could also buy refillable cups and lanyards

Very large, clean hotel. Rooms were spacious. Friendly staff. Jim was our server at breakfast and he did an amazing job. He was very attentive and accommodating. Highly recommend staying here and ask for Jim at breakfast!
