Carlos the bellman was very helpful with our service he gave a deep guided tour of the hotel and asked if he could help to make it an easier and better experience for us.

Carlos was amazing, he took all my bags up to my room, gave me ice ??, he was funny and he even told us all that we need to know about this first stay at the hotel ??

We have stayed at this hotel every year for our grandchildren’s volleyball tournaments. The staff has always been very pleasant. We would like to commend Morgan for her assistance at the front desk and Vinny in the breakfast area! Vinny has been there for quite a long time and he feels like family. We look forward to the upcoming renovations at the hotel. See you next year! ??????
