Jim was the greatest person ever. He was knowledgeable, kind, and super attentive. We usually stay here but Jim made this trip memorable.

This was our second year hosting GOBA's Meet the Builder at the DoubleTree Universal, and once again, they were amazing! Jessica is the BEST and makes everything so easy. Nelson, Miguel, Curtis and the entire banquet team always take such great care of us and truly make us feel at home. And a huge thank you to Jeff and Julius with Encore for always being so helpful with tech stuff! I LOVE working with this team and already can’t wait to come back again next year! (hope they are all still there!) ??

This was my sixth stay at the DoubleTree over the years, and once again I couldn’t fault it! The rooms are huge, clean, tidy and modern. If you can get a room on a higher floor facing the parks, the view makes the stay even better. The staff are always friendly and welcoming, and the location is fantastic — Universal is only around a 10-minute walk away. I’ll definitely be coming back again!
