Useless shuttle policy

Worthless shuttle policy - requires that theme park shuttle reservations be made IN PERSON ONLY. So - if you’re checking in, tough crap, no shuttle for you that day. Ridiculous.

Good sized room. Very clean. Comfortable bed & aircon. Plentiful coffee for machine. Lots of towels. Big bathroom. Great check in and out. Nice pool - bit cold. Great location - 20 mins walk to Universal. Millers steakhouse, Walgreens and IHop all walkable. Easily accessible for driving anywhere - malls, theme parks. Great service from Debbie, Kisbeth and Diamond.

From the very start customer service was excellent. Linda provided us with the kind of customer service that you just dont see anymore. Very pleased with our service and stay.

Carlos was very and helpful. Greeted us with an enthusiastic personality and made a smooth travel from our car to our room with our luggage.

Carlos our Bellman was amazing! Super friendly and funny with our boys :). And Dercy at the front desk was super helpful and welcoming after a long drive :).
