My family of four had a really great stay. My boys loved the pool, though it couldve been a bit warmer. The food was great at the market. Our room was nice, though the walls are super thin and could hear our neighbours having a full conversation in the bathroom almost as if they were in our room. We were on the second floor, which we didnt mind, as we often just took the stairs instead of waiting for an elevator. Shuttle buses were great and on time. Would definitely stay here again

This hotel was EXCELLENT in all ways. The customer service was great and the food court was excellent with delicious food and the personal were very kind all the time. The shuttles to citywalk and the theme parks are great and very convenient. I would Recommend it definitively and I will go back there again in the future.

This is a very nice hotel. They have a very nice pool area and good size food court for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I like staying at universal resorts because you can use the buses to get to the different parks. We did have a rental car, so we did have to pay to park the car. It's a very large hotel, but once you know where uou are going it's great. The staff was very nice with any questions we had.

Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding my recent stay at Universal’s Endless Summer Resort – Dockside Inn and Suites. On the second day of my stay, I discovered that personal items belonging to me went missing from my room without my authorization or consent. I immediately reported the incident to the front desk, and a documentary report was completed listing the missing items. However, to date, the hotel has failed to provide any follow-up, official response, or resolution, which I find extremely concerning. In addition to the disappearance of my personal belongings, I would like to highlight several other serious issues experienced during my stay: • Poor housekeeping services, with the room inadequately cleaned and poorly maintained; • Room layout unsuitable for an extended stay, due to the lack of proper closets and an insufficient number of drawers, making it difficult to store clothes and personal belongings; • Personal items discarded without my consent or authorization, representing a serious breach of privacy and disregard for guest property. I would also like to formally note that I spoke in person with the hotel manager, Mr. Jordi Pérez, regarding this matter. Unfortunately, during our conversation, he did not demonstrate any genuine interest in resolving the issue, and the interaction gave the clear impression that the priority was simply to end the conversation rather than address the problem or provide support. Additionally, I spoke with Mr. Jeremy Letebetter from hotel security, whose responses were limited to repeating previously provided statements, without offering any concrete assistance, updates, or solutions. I entrusted my belongings to the hotel expecting a basic standard of care, professionalism, and security, which was unfortunately not met. The lack of any effective response after the formal report was filed has only worsened the situation. I respectfully request an immediate investigation, a formal written response, and an appropriate resolution, including clarification regarding the whereabouts of my belongings, as well as compensatory measures proportional to the inconvenience and losses suffered. I look forward to your prompt response.

Stayed 12th /19th of november.this was my first time staying at the dockside. Friendly staff and helpful. I wasnt happy with my room coz the view wasnt the best .so I phoned guest services and went back to reception and they changed my room which was on higher floor facing international drive which was much better .dockside is a lovely hotel with 2 fab pools .pier 8 market which is convenient for something to eat or drink .universal shop. A good shuttle to the universal parks .I ride stop outside .the only thing I would say I wish they had a gate near international drive coz you got walk along way around specially if you got mobility problems. Had a lovely week stay at dockside .
