This is a great budget option for couples and young family - we stayed in a one bedroom suite facing the pool - very comfortable and clean Excellent location for visiting universal with shuttle buses arriving every 5 mins. Excellent food options - refill cups are really great value but remember you will need a different one for visiting the parks Stay here if you are the type to use it as a base and you eat out every night Iride trolley also outside the door - great for going up and down i ride - for anything else uber is great.
Worst experience/Do Not Stay Here

Worst hotel experience and even worse customer service. It's a blame game between the corporation and the property. No one is willing to step up and take accountability. I have to dispute the charges with the credit card company because I am being charged unfairly for a room I refused to stay in. Issue at Endless Summer Resorts Orlando Dockside Inn and Suites.... I am very disheartened with the guest service I experienced at Endless Summer Resorts - Dockside Inn and Suites. At 1 AM I arrived at the hotel and checked in. When I went to my room, I noticed I had been given a 2 queen-bed ADA room. I reserved a 2 queen bed standard room. The major issue with this is I have two teenage kids and a sink outside the bathroom is essential. I immediately called the front desk and explained this to them. I asked for a room that met the standards of the room I reserved. I was informed there were none available. After inspecting the room more and taking pictures to prove it did not meet the requirements, I noticed the shower had not been cleaned. I took photos of this as well. At the front desk, I talked to Sydney Hare, the manager. She said there was nothing she could do (other than move me to another ADA room) that would not cost me additional money. I refused to be assigned to another ADA room and requested that she cancel my reservation. I was charged for one night's stay and $20 for parking. My vacation was ruined. The kids and I slept in our car that night because there was no point in getting a room somewhere else. After all, we had to be at Discovery Cove at 7 am and by this time it was already 3 am. Our vacation was completely ruined. This issue could have been easily resolved with the manager asking us to spend one night in an ADA room with the assurance that the remainder of our stay there would be in a 2 queen bed room that met our expectations. I reached out via mutiple emails/chats/phone calls and no one will resolve the issue.. Our vacation has already been ruined. We left after 1 day because we had nowhere to stay. At the very least I would like a refund of the $150+ I was charged for the one-night stay and the $20 I was charged for parking. I never stayed there or parked there. I would also like the room information corrected on the website for the hotel. According to the website all 2 queen bed rooms, including ADA rooms have a seperate bath and vanity. This is not true. Despite the room description on their website, all 2 queen bed rooms do not have a seperate bath and vanity area. Also the room was not clean.
Spacious rooms and relatively quiet.

I had a unstressful stay at this budget-friendly Universal hotel. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, which was great after long days at the parks. The pools were good, a nice way to relax, and the gym, though small, had the essentials. Let’s be honest, most people aren’t hitting the gym on vacation anyway. We were there during a hurricane, which was a bit nerve-wracking, especially for us Brits who aren’t used to that sort of thing. However, the hotel staff really came through—they checked on us daily and were kind and helpful throughout the entire ordeal. The hotel can get a bit noisy, especially with kids running around, but honestly, I was so exhausted most days that I just passed out without even noticing. The park transfers were quick and frequent, which made getting to and from the parks easy and stress-free. The dining options were better than expected—decent, quick, and not overpriced. I’d definitely recommend the pizza deal. Room service was also fast and convenient. A big plus for us was the mini-fridge in the room. We took advantage of it by stocking up on snacks and meals from Walmart, which saved a lot of money compared to eating at the parks all the time. Overall, it’s a great budget option if you're looking for convenience and decent amenities without breaking the bank. Would stay here again. ?Remember you’ll be in the parks most of your stay, so you’re hardly in the room. Try not to over complicate the accommodation side of your Universal/Disney trip.

Awesome trip at a great family friendly hotel. Pool is a nice size with life guards always on duty. The hotel makes you feel secure and safe. Kids meals are Pier 8 market are a great value. Mariana at the front desk was the best and made our trip the best vacation my kids have had!
First Responder Mental Health Getaway "Treated Like Shia$#"

Terrible. My wife and I are first responders and this was our mental health break getaway...issue was we needed to get away from this getaway. Treated like shia$@ on arrival for some reason. The young woman on the check-in counter must have been having a bad day and took it out on us. We asked a few questions, and the facial attitude we got pretty much gave us the answers we needed...go elsewhere. It's too bad really. We don't go away too often, but when we do, it is always nice to get back the respect that provide every single day to the communities that we serve. We kept to ourselves the rest of the trip after we felt unwelcomed.
