The hotel is absolutely fine for a break to universal but please don’t expect any luxuries or have high expectations. It’s basically a budget value hotel with 2,000 rooms close to universal parks and international drive. The rooms are clean and beds comfortable however the walls and ceilings are paper thin as you can hear everything in next room it’s almost like they are in the same room as you. Maybe take ear plug’s which will help. The pool is nice and the food court isn’t too bad again seems budget food but certainly not cheap. Would we stay here again? No. Purely based on the noise from next rooms and above. Also if you want to visit Disney parks it’s at least £50 uber return back to the hotel.
Ok budget hotel

Hotel is in a convenient location with 7-11 and Walgreens nearby. Room was clean but very small bathroom. Our only complaint is you can hear your upstairs neighbours every time someone walks across the floor. I’ve never been in a hotel where you can hear the room upstairs.
Great hotel with one big gripe.

Endless summer dockside inn and suites. What can i say. It is a very good hotel with very good facilities. In tower 2 there is a good size fitness room. A good restaurant and eating area. Has a starbucks onsite. Staff were great from the receptionists to the cleaners and even the facilities staff. All very polite and askiing how you are. Rooms were done daily if you wanted. Beds made new towels every day. If you wanted that. We done every second day and it was good. Pool area is a good size with plenty of sun-beds. However i didn’t like how the umbrellas were fixed to the ground as it didn’t feel like there was enough of those. Bar pool was food with a good selection if beers and cocktails. My biggest gripe with this hotel was the access to international drive. Over at surfside there is a gate straight onto international drive but dockside misses out on this and its a decent 5-10 minute walk from the hotel depending where you are staying in it to international drive it was that much of a gripe i think id happily pay the small extra charge to stay at surfside. Apart from that i recommend it. It is a great hotel with one big gripe.
Relaxing trip with the family

It was something new to try and looked into this hotel. One of the perks was that it allowed us to go to Universal and hour before opening (which was a treat for the kids). When we checked in we thought that we had to wait till 4pm to get in but we're able to get into the room at 1pm and not only that the front desk saw that we were tired and upgraded us into the 2 bedroom suite (awesome). The room was nice and clean and we were able to relax for the night before we were going to Universal. The next morning we were on a bus on site that took us to Universal at 8am when the park opens up at 10am (get the fast pass since the place fills up quick). We were able to enjoy Starbucks in the lobby or grab a meal at the in house restaurant and the pools are big enough (2 pools to use, look at the map). Overall the trip went well and the service was great. Give it a try and enjoy! Fun tip there is a 7-11 across the street which will save you money!!

Room awful, beds were so outdated and worn, with the amount of ppl that come through. We had to change our room. This is my first time but my fiances 5th time. The market had no organization. A cloud of smoke coming through the door because they leave the side door open. The staff in market were very rude, and in helpful.
