Get a Fresh Squeeze on the Dock

minacar on Mar 25, 2026

The freshest juice I’ve ever had. The açaí bowls are filled to the top and made fresh to order. While you wait, grab a granola bar—they’re freshly made and taste clean and delicious. I honestly don’t think I’ve ever had juice this good. Everything here feels fresh, high-quality, and thoughtfully prepared. And to top it off, the owner is a great guy—friendly and clearly passionate about what he’s doing.

Pleasantly surprised

JesseandCrystal (Nashville, Tennessee) on Mar 12, 2026

I stayed here as a chaperone on a school trip and liked this hotel more than I thought I would. I’ve stayed in the Disney All-Star and Moderate resorts, so I expected Dockside to be more like the All-Stars but think it was nicer. The room was very clean with daily housekeeping. The food court/market area was great with the food options and very friendly staff. I liked how they were open until 11 p.m. so the kids could get a quick bite to eat as most were too busy to eat a good meal in the park. The busses seemed faster than the resorts at Disney and I don’t know if we just came at a magical/less-busy time or they just manage that better. The pool looked awesome (tower 2) but we had no time to enjoy it. My only complaint is that the walls aren’t thick so sounds carry and I didn’t care for the shampoo/conditioner that’s provided. I would definitely come back here with my family.

False advertisement for a 2 bedroom room

im2tlkativ (Dublin, California) on Mar 01, 2026

I stayed with my daughter and 2 granddaughters at this locations for 4 nights. While the shuttle service to and from the amusement parks are very well organized, the hotel is very deceitful in how they advertise their rooms! We booked a 2 bedroom and it was NOT a 2 bedroom. It was like a half studio apartment with 2 beds and a small picnic table and a countertop with a microwave when you walk in the door. Then there is one bedroom with a door. How do they get away with calling that a 2 bedroom? No place to sit and watch tv, only beds. Then I tried to use the luggage storage service and stood in line with only 2 people in front of me for over 30 minutes. They only had one employee working that desk and he was a very grumpy and grouchy older man that was very rude so I walked away and I kept my luggage. When I left the line was at least 10 families and I felt so bad that they would have to wait for a long time before they could enjoy time with their family. Lastly, the walls are paper thin! I could hear people talking in the rooms on either side of ours and could hear every step anyone took in the room above us. I get this is one of Universal's budget hotels, but it's not worth the money.

Exactly what we needed.

Cinnamon A (Ogdensburg, New York) on Mar 01, 2026

Whether you plan to spend the day at the theme parks or the pool, this low-budget option offers you exactly what you need. Located just minutes from all of the Universal Theme Parks, the Dockside is a great choice if you are looking for a place to lay your head and recharge. Everything from parking to coffee in the morning while hurrying to your early-entry bus is convenient. The property is super-clean and the staff are friendly. We recommend this property without reservation.
