We just returned from a four night stay at this hotel. We had a two bedroom suite and it suited our family of four, with two teenagers, perfectly. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. The free breakfast and afternoon happy hour were great. We used the hot tub each evening. I would say most of the other guests were families with kids. The location was convenient to everything we wanted to do in Scottsdale. I would definitely stay here again.

We were very disappointed by the lack of concern or even interest shown by management after my wife was seriously injured by a falling cupboard door that came off its hinges. The general staff were pleasant. The accommodations were okay but getting shabby. The amenities were good. The location is excellent.

After driving approximately 7.5 hours, I arrived at the hotel at around 6:30 PM. Only upon arrival was I informed that the hotel’s water would be shut off overnight from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM due to “emergency repairs.” I was also told that the water had been turned off nightly since Wednesday, meaning this issue was known for several days in advance. At no point prior to my arrival was I notified of this major disruption. Had I been informed ahead of time, I would have absolutely chosen a different hotel. Access to running water is a basic and essential amenity, particularly overnight. Compounding the issue, I had a meeting scheduled at 7:00 PM and did not have time to locate and relocate to another hotel before that meeting. While I was at my meeting, the hotel called to say I could vacate the room and would not be charged—but by that point, I was already at my meeting and could not reasonably return to pack up and leave. I ultimately had to leave my meeting early so my husband and I could return before 10:00 PM simply to shower. Overnight, we were unable to flush the toilet , which was extremely uncomfortable and unacceptable. When I raised these concerns, I was told that I had “plenty of time” at 6:30 PM to find another hotel before my 7:00 PM meeting, which felt dismissive and unreasonable given the circumstances. I was also initially charged the facility fee, which was only waived after I complained. Most troubling was being told that the hotel could have emailed guests in advance to notify them of the water shutoff, but chose not to. The overall tone of the responses I received made it seem as though the lack of running water overnight was not considered a significant issue, which was very disappointing. I paid $75 per day for my dog to stay with me and they did not even provide dog bowls for food and water and no pet amenities at all.

Hotel was clean, staff was friendly and accommodating and responded to a few requests in a very timely manner. Breakfast was more than adequate, and a nice happy hour selection in the afternoon. Room was spacious and just as advertised

Amazing experience~ The staff, location, rooms, pool, breakfast, happy hour, EVERYTHING was wonderful! Can't say enough about the great staff.
