We stay in block5 with ocean view,don’t expect much view,because trees.Very quiet at night,room was renovated,comfortable mattress.Buffet lunch on the beach was okay. Meat and fish some times was overcooked,very dry ,no tasty,burgers look like charcoal. Lots of vegetables and fruits. My suggestion is using glass bottles for yogurt,is very watery .Main buffet service needs improvement. Needs people who setup tables ,because waiters do everything.Was lots of sea weeds on the beach,they cleaned slowly.Big patch of rocks on the bottom of the ocean. Very nice orchidei garden,mint garden and aloe Vera . They have royal birds peacock, ducks and other birds.

• It was a beautiful resort and beach. Most of the hotel is clean and the staff is nice. • Food was good, pretty basic buffet. • The rooms need upgrading in furniture and deep cleaning necessary on stains and other stuff, I had a premium pool view. • Overall it was priced on the less expensive side, so the resort overall based on value was good. We stayed for 5 nights, and was part of a large family group of 35 • Major disappointment was the arrival of my husband and I. We arrived at about 11:30 and I realize this is early for a hotel so we decide we will go to the lobby and wait there until check in is available, the front desk refused to let us in although we were coming with luggage from the airport and in a taxi. They insisted we pay $30 per person to even be allowed on property, its not about the money it was more on the rudeness and inconsideration. To top it off, they said at about noon we can come back to check in but we needed to be off the property. Not only was it inconvenient but I also was not informed of this charge ahead of time, again its not about the money but more so on the lack of customer service. After we walked away and ready to go elsewhere , another staff member saw us upset with our bags on the way out, he asked what happened and we explained the situation, and they said that's ridiculous, and they took upon themselves to ensure we remained in the lobby and allowed to check in 15 mins. We thanked him profusely and tried to brush it off.

Have been here multiple times and this resort never disappoints. Customer service is top notch from the servers to bartenders and even the employees cleaning and sweeping the buffet area. Resort is beautiful and clean. Looking forward to visiting again. Domingo and Generosa at the main buffet have the talent of extreme customer service mastered. They work extremely hard. Luz and Carlos at the pool buffet are also very hard workers who are attentive and willing provide excellent customer service.

Great time spent with friends and family. Staff was friendly and food was great. Special thanks to King Kong for all his attention.
