Iberostar was for me a great memories because there l could get everything l was looking for a great vacation animation is great l love all of then buballoo ,Rambo everyone

First of all l want to say how happy l feel in this hotel because from the first day is amazing all experiences because the people are so great specially the animation guy they always doing games different a games is amazing all my family enjoyed like never l want to greatful with all guys specially buballoo, Rambo , ninja ,super Joe ,l mean all staff is amazing also the beach, pool , drinks everything amazing thank you for the vacation love Iberostar ??

Music at night vibrates the walls of our hotel room. Why?

Rooms smelled musty, like a wet dog. The AC, lights and fan did not work. Was given a new room but the AC did not work properly, the shower was leaking, the shower floor had a chunk broke off where anyone could easily cut their foot and looked like mold in the bathroom since it does not have a vent. Requested a dehumidifier but 6 hours later still no humidifier in sight. You are forced to slam the room doors because otherwise they won’t close. The safe is very old and does not have anything to pull it open, plus no instructions on how to use the safe. The pillows are flat and uncomfortable. The curtains were ripped in some areas. Went to the bar and the bartender looked at us and proceeded to assist other people who arrived after we did. We believe it was because they were Caucasian and we are not. Food was alright, staff was courteous. Will not be returning, I rather spend my hard earned money at another resort that is better taken care of with staff that does not discriminate and is not run down.

Came to this resort for the first time this year. This was our first time visiting the DR since 2011 when we would travel to Pubta Cana. Being on the Puerto Plata side was a new experience. The food was plenty. The staff were friendly. The rooms were clean. The pool and beach were side by side. Everything was in walking distance. This is a great resort if you are not wanting something big. It is not a Party resort. It was quant and quiet, besides the peacocks. There is a lovely botanical garden, gardens thwy grow their own crops, local to the airport and for a great quick excursion, check out the city tour. For your steak cooking needs, see Domingo at the snack bar, and for a friendly family dining experience see the other Domingo at the buffet. He is amazing with his service and friendliness. Would recommend this resort.
