Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. The food was consistently bland and poorly prepared, but the worst moment was when my daughter found a metal brush bristle in her fish, which actually went through her gum. That is a serious safety issue and completely unacceptable. The pool was uncomfortably cold, making it hard to enjoy, and the rooms are very dated—old furnishings, tired décor, and clearly in need of a full update. This is not what we expected from a resort at this price point. Overall, the resort feels worn down and poorly managed, with major issues around food quality and safety. We are extremely unhappy with our stay and cannot wait to leave. I would not recommend this hotel and would strongly caution families in particular.

Fantastic resort. Extremely clean. Customer service was outstanding. The buffets were good and the food was plentiful. Updated rooms and ammenities.

I had never been to any all inclusive resort prior to going to IBEROSTAR at Waves Costa Dorada although I made many visits to Youtube to get some ideas of what to expect. My experience there was totally different from what I expected and in a truly positive way. The staff were very friendly and professional; the rooms and grounds were kept clean and tidy. The restaurants exceeded my expectations by offering tasty and quality food. The Spa was first class and I will return in 2026.

Hotel was good, but we got poison it from food or drink good thing it's happened in last day our vacation then we come home and we get sick vomiting diarrhea temperature old bad stuff but some people get poisoning right on the hotel and becoming hospital and it's completely different situation be careful

The staff and the food was really wonderful. Very relaxing that season to travel there. There is a beautiful garden to sit there and enjoy it. The spa center is another level.
