Great entertainment by Manuel, super fun activities. We were at the beach tanning and he showed up to get us up and go dance zumba, he stand next to us and we dance a lot. We need more personal like him.

Lucy our concierge was excellent. She is the whole package. She went above and beyond to ensure we had all we needed. She should be a trainer. There is none better than her and this is our second visit to the island. Thank you Lucy!!! 100%

We returned for our 9th visit from june 2nd to the 9th 2026. We travel 4 to 5 times a year to various countries but we return to this resort as we consider it our home away from home! The size of the resort is nice, not to too big and not too small. The vegetation is beautiful. It is possible to take long walks on the beach. No need to wake up early to have a spot under a palapa as there are a ton of them! There are many actvities daily like water arobics, volley-ball, ping-pong, archery, bingo, etc. The resort will be closed for two months, september and october, to redo the pool, a much needed renovation. The food at the main buffet is excellent, each night there is a different theme. The A-La-Carte restaurants are also very good. At night, there are live artists in the courtyard and people really enjoy dancing! We would like to thank employees that make our stay memorable: Generoso, main buffet, our dominican brother, always greets visitors with a smile, has a contagious laugh and gives the best service! Kennedy, main buffet, our second go to server, very friendly and efficient! Pedro, main buffet, makes the best omelets and can handle a long line in no time! Genesis, hostess, main buffet, is so friendly and makes us feel so welcomed! Carlos, snack bar, a man of few words but gives excellent service and makes sure that our wine glasses are not empty! Yissel, buffet and mexican restaurant, is truely a friend for us! She always goes above and beyond and makes sure all our needs are met! Tony, supervisor at the snack and Italian restaurant, is an exceptional employee making sure that evertytning runs smoothly! Last but not least, a special thanks to Herminio, food manager. He speeks english very well, always makes sure that the food experience is good and values his employees! Thanks again to all employees, see you next year! Kim and Denis

I had excellent service from the concierge Johansel and the room was always clean and orderly because of Margarita. Getting to see Dominica was awesome.
