Raul and Miguelito provided great service fast and funny. Love that they joke with each other . Attentive and very pleasant
Our first room was horrible but then they moved us to the new tower and everything was great after that.

I will talk here about one fantastic person. She works on the breakfast shift at the restaurant. She is very good at her job, she is respectful, kind, attentive, and gracious. She has a lovely attitude and fantastic smile. Her English perfect. She makes everyone feel comfortable and welcomed. She is quick to notice details. We had the great experience of getting served my her in to occasions. The rest of the morning restaurant staff is also note worthy but the star that shines like the Puerto Vallarta SUN is ALMA!! Just arrived today for a wedding. Lots of people in our party. Ms. Alma was our server and had a fantastic attitude. The food took a bit to arrive, but was delicious upon arrival.
