Lots of fun for the little ones.

We just returned from our first trip to Nickelodeon Punta Cana. We are grandparents and travelled to meet our son and his family - daughters 3 and 5. Overall thoughts: It was a great resort for little kids. They had fun at the waterpark, pool, ocean and had fun meeting characters. It is a beautiful resort in a beautiful location. Positives: Our check in was great, we arrived very early and were not able to check in. Lisbeth was friendly and helpful and we came back later to get our room. The beach was great. Big rolling waves that can be dangerous. I have never been to a resort with lifeguards that were so "in tune". They were not watching their phones, they were watching the water. They are maybe a little overzealous with their whistles, but better safe than sorry. The resort is pretty, great foliage and overall, a friendly Team to serve. What can be worked on: Some parts of the resort are pretty worn. The daybeds by the pool could use a good cleaning or new covers. There weren't a lot of activities that we saw. The Nick club games were incredibly expensive. I would have liked to have seen boogie boards to use in the waves. The waves were perfect for that kind of activity. There was a bouncy castle at the pool one day, but I would like to see more. The biggest negative was the food. I did not enjoy. For me, it was the biggest drawback. A few healthier options would have been good. Maybe a smoothie bar with the coffee where you can actually put protein rich ingredients in. Overall, it was a good experience. A rating of 4 feels too high - thinking more like 3.75

Another beautiful experience in DR

Another great visit to Nickelodeon Resort Punta Cana! 7th time in DR and the 2nd time at this resort! We love it here! The staff are amazing, food is delicious and they take a lot of care to make sure you have the best experience! I want to thank the Chef Freddy for making it that much more special for our family. We also want to thank Mr Jeans for going above and beyond once again for his hospitality and making us feel so special on this trip! The waterpark is great for your children and the beach was perfect! Daniel the bartender on the beach will make sure you really enjoy yourselves!!

Too expensive for such a poor experience

Possibly one of the worst gastronomic experiences I ever had. It is easy to be all inclusive when you present so much poor food options. The service quality is horrible and most of the amenities/rooms are not well maintained. There is always something broken or not properly working.

Don’t go there

The worse vacation I ever had Food is low quality not tasty and not clean. The rooms are not maintained have cockroaches ants etc… Restaurants are very bad The food is low quality not tasty Me and my kids had stomach issues the whole trip. Don’t go there !!! They had to move us at night because we have A/c issue leaking and not working . Room service don’t pickup the phone for 30 minutes. Overall bad experience! Not recommended waste of money!

Very poor customer service and accommodation

I wish I could give this place zero stars. If you’re looking for a resort that treats guests with respect and provides working rooms, this is not the place. Almost everything in our room was broken, and when we brought it up, the staff’s attitude made the situation even worse. Here’s what we experienced: 1. Our room wasn’t ready when we arrived. Waited for 1-1/2 hours 2. Multiple things in the room were broken—the shower, closet doors, a leaking sink, and even the toilet wouldn’t flush properly. 3. Our room key didn’t work. Locked out of our room 4. Anything we requested never showed up unless we called three or four times. On top of that, they repeatedly lied to us and seemed more focused on pushing their travel program than fixing the problems. We spoke with our concierge, Johnathon, who offered no real help and then passed us off to Bladimir, who was equally unprofessional and unproductive. He claimed that his manager, Rosa Cede, couldn’t do anything to assist us except extend our stay by two hours—which honestly felt like a joke given the circumstances.
