Amazing food, drinks and service. Orlando (pool bar) katia and David (pool entertainment) were amazing. Will come back again. Great place to relax and unwind with some fun thrown in. I0/10

Our stay was great from start to finish. The service was excellent; every member of the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The facilities were fantastic and well-maintained, offering everything we needed for a relaxing and fun vacation. There was a wide variety of food available at the different restaurants, ensuring there was always something delicious to try. Our room was also lovely—spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. We would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a all-inclusive experience.

This was my second time visiting this hotel and both times were amazing! Location, food, atmosphere and the service was top notch!! Pablo and Miguel provided the absolute best service!!! They both made our vacation even better!

Overall, I had an amazing time and would definitely come back to the Wyndham Hotel. The place was super clean, the staff were awesome, and our room was spotless with fresh towels and a fridge stocked with water. The food was really good too most things were freshly cooked, and for breakfast you could even ask for different styles of eggs than the ones already out. There was also fresh-cut fruit every day, which was a nice touch. I also want to give a huge shout out to Gabriel from baggage. He helped us a ton with our Nexus Tour issues there was a mix-up on their end, but he managed to get our excursions rescheduled so we didn’t miss out. On top of that, he went out of his way to surprise my mom with a cake for her 50th birthday, which was waiting in our room. That was such an awesome touch, and we just want to say a big thank you to him for making our trip extra special! The only thing I think would make the stay even better especially for first timers is having a map and event info right at the entrance. It would save guests from constantly checking the website or asking staff, and it would also help people know that some of the dinner restaurants require reservations. Other than that, I had an absolute blast.
