The people were so friendly, food was phenomenal, and the atmosphere overall perfect. We love the openness of the resort. This was our first all-inclusive experience and we are already planning our return next year.

We had a great week here, we had a very spacious junior suite. Food in all restaurants was great, all staff were very friendly and helpful. Great coffee shop, snack bar and pizza bar. Pool area was spotlessly clean with chill out music in the morning and lively entertainment in the afternoons. We will definitely return

Location was 1 hr from Cancun airport. we were on1st floor close. to coffee shop. a bit noisy with evening activities. Room was very Clean with refreshments stocked daily. Food very good with much variety option.

Great staff! Nice room! Love the pool! Zarape need to improve their menu a lot! Loved being at an adults only resort. It was nice that people behaved in the pool with 99% of the other guests being pleasant to be around.
