Hotel is just lovely - exceptionally clean, rooms are lovely & big and bed is huge and comfortable. Location was also perfect with it being in the corner of the main strip of shops/bars/restaurants etc. Shout out to the AMAZING entertainments team who are an absolute credit to the Hotel, they went out of their way to get everyone involved in activities without being pushy - I was on my own for 2 days before family arrived and they made me feel included in everything. Carlos, David (aka dark chocolate), Jennica (sorry not sure of spelling) were just brilliant, very sad to be leaving but we will definitely be back !

I will give a full review ONLY when I get the full recipe for the Caesars from the pool bar. I have lots of feedback.

Somehow secluded in the middle of everything. You'll want for nothing here. Only to relax and enjoy everything from the great friendly service to all the amenities.

If you are looking for a great resort, the Wyndham Alltra is the place to book. From the minute you walk in to the minute you leave, you will feel right at home!

My husband, Pasquale and I fell in love with the hotel and all its staff. The food was excellent at all buffets, à la carte restaurants and poolside sushi and pizza bars. The 24h snack bar was also super handy for those late night cravings. Everyone we met was super friendly and made our stay extremely enjoyable, especially Luis and Angel (at the sushi bar), Orlando, Adalberto, Emanuel (pool security). All the servers we had at our buffet meals and steakhouse were also excellent. We also really enjoyed our hydrotherapy and couples massage. Our room attendant, Lizbeth, was also very thorough and we felt very comfortable. Restaurant reservations were a breeze and Jesus at the tour booking counter was so helpful and friendly. We also really enjoyed how easy it was to check in and out. Our only regret was the beach area which wasn't deep enough and a bit too rocky to swim, but we found a beautiful beach just a 10 minute walk away which had everything we were looking for and took us through the beautiful streets of Playa del Carmen where we also had fun trying out little restaurants and bars.
