I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, the staff was phenomenal. The choices of restaurants are great as well. I like how the hotel is open air, and it gives a nice comfortable yet stylish feel. The guests rooms are cooled, they were clean and spacious. I had a standard king, with a patio. It was a great experience overall. I do recommend bringing small bills to be able to tip (note to self).

Beautiful spot, very accomidating staff. The restaurants were our favorite dinner spots. the only thing we didn't like was the bar and activities stopped at 11 pm other than that it was great.

We are so glad we booked the Wyndham Alltra. We had a wonderful 5 nights and we were very impressed with the service and facilities on offer. The choice of restaurants was outstanding, the pool area was fabulous and the staff were always happy & helpful!!

Wow what a holiday. We want to say a huge thank you to all of the staff. A huge thank you to Aaron he was our first person we met getting out of the transfer bus and he is an asset to your hotel such a warm friendly smile and so welcoming. Second thanks to Carlos he made our holiday for us he got my husband involved in lots of activities. We thought the salsa and mezcalita classes were so fun another highlight of our stay. Unfortunately we missed the guacamole class. The waiters in the restaurant and around the pool were fantastic. So friendly and welcoming. Reception staff were extremely helpful we had an issue with our air-con they were so helpful and changed our room to the same row as we liked the street view. The food was incredible couldn't fault it. I loved the 'ask us for anything extra' option what a treat! I was a bit apprehensive by the bad reviews but nothing that was mentioned we experienced or if we did it wasn't that bad like the seaweed. People are trying their best to clear it.
