I give this resort 4.5 stars! I went with my wife in July 2026. The check-in was smooth. Our room wasn't ready, but we were able to go have lunch at the buffet. The room was cozy. We were in room 149, which had a balcony facing the sea. The bed was comfortable. The remote for the television was confusing at first, but I eventually got the hang of it. The bathroom was pretty big with a lot of counter space. I liked the food. We tried all three à la carte restaurants; my favourite was Brasas, the grill restaurant, while my wife liked the Italian one. The beach had a lot of sargassum, so it was closed. The resort wasn't busy during our stay. There was always an available chair around the pool area. It was a very simple walk to Quinta Avenida. I really enjoyed my stay here!

Awesome staff! The grounds were pretty. We upgraded to an ocean front room with a balcony and it was totally worth it. Huge room! The restaurants were good and the main dining area was ok. Loved having mango margaritas by the pool! The location was great if you want to go downtown. Super walkable. The people on site to help you book reservations for the restaurants and book excursions were wonderful. The ocean water was the only issue we had and it wasn't anything the hotel did. The water had a ton of algae that was super stinky. We had to go other places to actually get in the ocean. The resort itself was great! We had a blast watching the world cup with other guests

Location is amazing. The beach non existent. The pool was hot, dirty, and in need of an update. None of the restaurants were open so we ate at one place for 5 days. The building needs an facade update. The rooms are on the large side, kept clean, and the ac works beautifully. The bartenders are great and will make you anything you want. There is no entertainment not even at the pool. Its a good place to sleep eat and leave.
