Our experience at this hotel was incredibly disappointing. To start, the resort credits are a lie; they don't tell you that you actually have to pay to use them, despite this being a so-called 'all-inclusive.' On top of that, the rooms were in terrible condition. We spent a lot of money traveling with our baby, only to be told we couldn't enter the kids' areas, supposedly due to age restrictions. Worse yet, a staff member named Arianed, who claimed to be the manager of that area, harassed us. She demanded our personal information and threatened to call the police to have us removed if we didn't leave. She discriminated against us because of our skin color and denied us entry. We requested a refund for our vacation but were refused. Terrible experience

We traveled to Hard Rock Riviera Maya for the Cancun Challenge basketball tournament! We traveled with our grown children and stayed in the adult only side Heaven. The entire experience was excellent! The hotel is amazing for rock fans, the staff was great, the food was delicious! So many great choices for wonderful meals! Pool, beach and drinks were the best! We had so much fun and will go back soon!!

We stayed here for a week and had a great time. We spent most of our time in the Heaven and had a ton of fun with all of the activities they provided. Hector, Axel, and Dane Jam came around and even let us pick songs for them to play at the pool. They had a live guitarist walking around everyone playing infront of the crowd at the pool
