Not good at all hope yall can fix the food and the kids running all in hall ways when people are trying to sleep

very uncomfortable sofabed,no hot water, no elevator for visitors, staff speaks very poor English,confused informations because lacking English language, room did not get supply for the right number people, not once, not working jacuzzi, not enough launchers at the pools for the number of people

Definitely would love to return some day ! The weather was excellent. The customer service was excellent. Felt like I was living in paradise !

The service is AWFUL!! They treat you as if they were doing you a favor. The people in charge of storing luggage, the ones who give you the towels, even the head waiter. They ignore you, tell you to ask somewhere else, say it’s not their table, that they don’t know, and they’re also in a bad mood. Ugh, just horrible. Such a shame because it’s a very nice hotel, but I definitely won’t come back and I do not recommend it!!! El servicio es PÉSIMO!! Te tratan como si te estuvieran haciendo un favor. Las personas encargadas de resguardar el equipaje, los que te dan las toallas, hasta el capitán de meseros. Te ignoran, te dicen que preguntes en otro lado, que esa no es su mesa, que ellos no saben, además como de mal humor. Ay no horrible. Que lástima ya que es un hotel muy bonito pero definitivamente no regreso y no lo recomiendo!!!

Outdated, horrendous food (steakhouse serving bbq ribs with almost no meat on it, lukewarm steaks and stale fries), rude waiters and broken door locks. Asked the front desk several times to accommodate us for our honey moon, never once did they offer us any type of service that made us feel like we were on a honey moon. Completely disregarded us and never followed up with our complaint about a certain waiter working at the Taco Paco, who was outright rude and dismissive with my wife after waiting a long time for our pizzas (while others were served that came after us), only to be served undercooked pizzas. Management didn’t do any better to resolve the issue, ended up serving us a burnt pizza. Felt sick after eating the marinaded octopus at the seafood restaurant. Pharmacist tried scamming us by giving us coins in change, only to find out she gave us a lot less. Management never resolved the issue. Beach is the highlight of this nightmare resort: it looks nothing like the pictures. This resort definitely is NOT a 5 star hotel, and needs to be audited as soon as possible.
