Great resort with excellent service. We have been going to Palace Resorts for 10 years, this was our first time at Playacar. We especially enjoyed the dining experience at Lahna and the service from Jose Luis and his team. Also enjoyed dining at Momo several times and exceptional service by Olivia to accommodate our daughter who is vegan.

It is was great Jose was awesome. The tequila tasting was amazing and the experience to die for would come back for sure. If you are looking for a great dinner with a lot of fun I would suggest dinning here

Playacar palace was in the perfect location, everything is walkable, from shopping, the beach, and the ferry to Cozumel! Service, food, and drinks did not disappoint but the best part was our pool waitress, Silvia ?? thanks for a memorable 5 night vacay!

Sylvia had great service. We sat in the same area for her service. She was super friendly and was consistently stopping by to see if we needed anything. Made the pool experience super enjoyable!

The staff was very nice and helpful with every aspect of our stay. Anything we needed or had an issue they corrected and dealt with immediately. Service staff like the pool staff , the concierge staff were amazing. Marvin and Ignacio looked after us always Serving staff at the pool. Silvia, Rodrigo and Perla Entertainment staff Israel and Erik made sure sure activities went well and we had lots of fun Benito in the lounge bar was very informative about his tequila for our wonderful tasting event Latisha and Ezekiel were amazing servers in the lounge bar Cafe servers remember everything we like especially Israel and Elvia. Spa therapists Carmen and Veronica made our experiences great
