I was very pleased with my decision to stay here. The all inclusive “two hotels” and meals and drinks at both places is great. All meals were delicious. My room was very comfortable with a partial view. The Beach access is great here and it is a good stretch for beach walks! Each hotel is beautiful and staff is very attentive. I would absolutely return. The island is beautiful.

Went on a family trip to the Alexandra over the new year’s holiday. The resort and staff were absolutely amazing and treated us like family. Cheeky who helped out with the entertainment on the resort was one of the best dudes I’ve ever ran into. His hospitality and kindness is truly something special. He needs a raise asap!

Resort is nice, removated rooms are beautiful. Kitchenette with washer/dryer in the room is a plus. Very comfortable bed. Would like to have room service or in-room snacks provided. All inclusive however some of the entrees have an additional charge. Staff is pleasant, you ask when you want something and are very accommodating. Easy to make dinner reservations. We mostly ate at the steakhouse or fish restaurant, meals were very good. One experience at the food truck dining area was not as great as rest of the resort, staff was not as friendly as other areas. Beach chairs available however you need to be down by 6:30am to get front row, otherwise by 9am to get 2nd or 3rd row. Trivia on the beach is fun and relaxing. Family resort with not many kids when we were there and all were well behaved. There is one bar area in the evening. An additional bar or more bartenders with more seating would be an improvement. The jerk chicken lady "Sylvie" made amazing chicken, we ate there everyday for lunch. (Would love if she offered a cooking class) Breakfast buffet is good, omelet station is nice (thank you Yanique). Farrar and Kaelyn are great bartenders, very helpful making drinks with less sugar foe diabetic diet. Other favorite staff are Miliane at breakfast, Roseline at breakfast and lunch. An ice machine would be an welcome addition as you cant get ice until 11am when the bar opens. Fill a large insulated cup when you leave the beach for the day and store in your fridge overnight. Bring bug spray as 3 out of 4 in our group were bitten up by tiny sand flies that you never see or feel until you have big itchy welts. Benadryl helps with bites. Lobby helped arrange transportation to Salt mill shopping area for souvenirs. Some say you can walk however there is no shade and kind of confusing route so we were happy with a taxi. We took the shuttle to blue haven for dinner at fire and ice. Beautiful resort also but the beach at alexandra is the best. The beach and clear water are really what make this place special.

One of my best all inclusive vacations.The resort was small but the service was excellent.The resort had everything.Great staff great food ,amazing drinks, helpful staff.Felt like family.Would highly recommend !2 resorts for price of 1.
