Low value for the money, you can find better options at the strip

My wife and I stayed in this hotel for a few day in late December, to the 2026 new year, we booked a room with pool view. This hotel is immense, with large distances everywhere. From our room to the self parking area is a 15’ walk, about 850m. We did not have a good experience with services in the hotel: only 2 of the 6 elevators of ours building were working, which led to immense queues all the time. We faced a 50’ wait in our floor’s elevators lobby to enter an elevators with our luggage when we checked out, as the only 2 working were full all the time. Also, although we had a special 20$ fee agreed in our reservation for self parking, we had to pay the full market rate to leave the parking after we checked out. It is worthless to call or email the hotel staff, as you are transferred to different people and the call is cut or the email is not replied. We had a package delivers to the hotel that was almost impossible to pick up because of misinformation all over and lack on willingness of the staff to help. The hotel staff is not friendly at all, they seem to be there on a mission rather than to serve a guest. Our room was good but nothing special: no refrigerator for guests to store their stuff is available and no complimentary water or coffee capsules is given to guests. Maybe we just had bad luck but I believe there are better hotel options for a stay at the strip and if you really want to check this hotel, just go for a visit, to dine in the restaurants, etc.

I was charged a $40 + tax for late checkout. The bill actually shows checkin time and checkout time. My bill showed my checkout as 9:01 am, 2 hours before checkout. Had to spend 45 minutes on phone and 2 departments to get credit back on my folio(your hotel charges). The experience at Caesars was phenomenal.otherwise. I

Moses P at the front desk was a gem to work with. He greeted with warmth , helped me get a nice quiet. He was very accommodating. My room was spotless. I needed extra hangars and they brought them right.
Putting the Sin in Cuisine

Hell's Kitchen lives up to the hype. Must order the recommended 3 course fixed specialities which Gordon Ramsey chefs prepared perfectly: scallops, beef wellington and devine toffee pudding.
Extremely Disappointing Stay

Clogged sinks, debris, no cleaning. No body wash for the entire stay. Front desk unhelpful by phone. Service has collapsed. Do not stay. Oh, and apparently their water stopped working upon us checking out.
