This hotel is nothing short of insane!!! It is a maze all in itself & you will get lost trying to conquer the quest. I appreciated the first class service all around. Though, the pool was ice cold.

It was great deal to have free night but check in experience was not great because the person was not helpful. The had everything broken, phone, drainage system so it was uncomfortable experience.
An absolute scam

Stayed here with my father when checking we were told it was an extra $40 to check in early when we refuse to pay we got told to get lost when we eventually got the room it was filthy and we had a UV light which revealed disgusting stains and the prestocked minibar biggest scam overall had the nerve to charge us for simply moving item in the minibar. An absolute scam. Please avoid. Absolute greed merchants.

Great Location, Great restaurants. Plenty to do in Caesars Palace. Staff is fantastic. Always stay there due to the excellent service.
