Great Customer Service by the Arrival/Departure Team!

We stayed at Harrah's Las Vegas and want to praise all the team that worked at the arrival/departure service area. A special shout out goes to Santino Hernandez who went above and beyond with a lost cell phone. Santino knew how to handle the situation and the issue in front of him. The whole team worked to solve the problem and then continued to deliver excellent customer service!

Harrah’s hotel is in a great location. Rooms are updated and usually a good value. Food choices are not so great. I missed the restaurant upstairs.

Reservation agent didn't fully understand English, but assured me everything was good to go. It was not. Spent 30 minutes in VIP check in correcting what they did wrong and still wasn't what was requested to start. Had 1pm late check out but housekeeping tried entering the room early despite them knowing I had a late check out. They put a vending machine on the 'work desk' and will charge you if you want it to be removed so that you can work. Caesars continues to nickel and dime, and not provide services. Hosts are also unavailable or not working. Headed to Red Rocks, Circa, Sunset or Westgate from now on. Last time dealing with this. Good bye Caesars.

Harrahs us the best place . Perfect to get to everything!! Everything was perfect!! Fun for family, friends and relaxation! Whatever you are planning, pick Harrahs!

Had a great time. Location is great both for adjacent casinos and the monorail. Bobby Flay burger was delicious. Sports book is small but the staff is great. Bell office staff was great the two times I used them. Price was right.
