Blackjack at Park MGM

I went to Las Vegas to meet up with a friend from college. We were staying at New York New York, but decided to play blackjack at Park MGM. Karen was our dealer and made the experience enjoyable. She was friendly and had a sense of humor. Because of Karen, I will definitely be going back to play blackjack at Park MGM.

Perfect Dtay

Perfect stay. Casino is awesome. Nonsmoking so you really enjoy the atmosphere. Didn't need to go anywhere else as the Eately and restaurants at the Park MGM are fabulous. Couldn't ask for a better stay

Do not recommend

I’d avoid this property. Room wasn’t available at checkin time, staff couldn’t have cared less. The room was tired and worn. Bad noise from the elevator humming all night. Accessible room which I didn’t request was very uncomfortable… and I’m gold status. Not saying that I’m special but if that’s how they treated me when I was paying $1124 USD per night. Yes. $1124 USD per night for a king bed in a room with no view.

Great staff; subpar room reflecting poor oversight or cost cutting gone too far

Staff were great, and having Eataly onsite was a nice combination of good food, good selection, and atmosphere without having to book at a restaurant. However, the room itself was surprisingly subpar : - Furnishings in room were dated and very worn/scratched up, but in fairness, the pictures online are accurate...just look less appealing in actuality. - Mattress was uncomfortable, dipping in the middle, a clear sign of need of replacement. - Funky smell, even after I asked housekeeping to spray deodorizer. Carpet was "crusty" in patches. - "spill" marks on TV, that came off easily when I stroke it with my finger, so a clear sign that the room was not well cleaned. - Window blind had a foot long, six inch wide black mark on the top half, reflecting poor maintenance. If you're looking for a good experience, outside of the actual room you're staying in, then Park MGM is a great option. If the room itself is priority for you, then look elsewhere.

Smoke fee on the strip

Very nice hotel. The smoke free casino and the good restaurants are huge plus. Also really enjoyed being able to bring our dog
