Great experience! Most of the staff were great at English and truly a delight... especially Rodrigo (bellman). Amenities were also great; the pools are a bit small, but everything was clean. Best of all was the private beach; there are still a few guys selling stuff, but at least they were respectful.

Wonderful experience. The location and hotel amenities are excellent. The food was fantastic and the entertainment/activities were a family hit. We were already looking into our next stay before we left.

The staff is beyond amazing, the food was wonderful, and the property feels so private. The beach is essentially private, so it just guests of the hotel which is really great. The food at the buffet for breakfast and lunch was absolutely wonderful. Dinner at specialty restaurants was also astoundingly tasty. But what takes the cake is the staff. This was perhaps the best customer service at a resort we have experienced. Everyone showed such a desire to make us feel welcomed and appreciated. We started to get recognized at our usual sport which made us feel great. They truly go above and beyond for their guests. This was our 6th all inclusive trip at different resorts, and I am at a loss of words to explain how great the staff was.

This is a wonderful resort. My wife and I spent our 33rd wedding anniversary at the resort. Service and Staff were fantastic and property is beautiful. Rooms were clean and comfortable with great views. Side note we originally had our honeymoon at the property 33 years ago and Hyatt has done a fantastic job modernizing it. Overall, very satisfied and will be back

Our stay at Hyatt Ziva Puerto Vallarta was absolutely amazing! The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and the food was incredible from start to finish. We met so many wonderful people and truly had a lovely, memorable time. A special shout-out to Joshua, our bartender, and Israel, our server. They were absolutely wonderful at their jobs and made our experience even more special with their kindness and great service. This resort truly felt like a home away from home, and we will definitely be coming back!
