Very helpful and professional staff. Food was good. The grounds were kept very clean. Lovely, well kept rooms. Shout out to our butler Jesue who was most helpful and always there to ask if we needed anything.

We stayed here for a week and the location was fantastic. The rooms could use a little upgrade but they were still fantastic and the beds were super comfortable. Cleanliness was amazing, rooms would be cleaned early everyday. We were in the preferred section with our swim out facing the main pool and it the noise level was completely fine. Also friends had thier preferred room facing construction near the preferred bar and the construction didnt even bother us. Service as exceptional. Our butler Juan was absolutely fantastic, went above and beyond. Even helped our friend plan his proposal. Carlitto in the prefered bar was an amazing bar tender. Daniel the concierge and snack and drink guy was fantastic. Amazing staff. We will definitely return and will definitely try other Dreams hotels.

My husband and I just returned from 7 wonderful days at Dreams Onyx where we met up with 3 other couples to all celebrate our anniversaries together. It was one of the most relaxing, stress free trips I’ve ever taken. The resort was beautiful, the food was abundant and delicious, and the service was excellent. I do recommend the Preferred Club. It gives you access to extra amenities including special lounges with top shelf drinks and private areas to hang with your friends, a beautiful kid free pool with its own bar and a butler who checks in with you regularly and handles whatever you need. Our butler Juanito treated us like family and made sure all 8 of us had everything we needed including hassle free dinner arrangements every night! He did such a great job taking care of us, he even brought bandaids to our room when I needed them and also set up a special celebration dinner for our anniversaries. I highly recommend this resort and can’t wait to come back! As an added bonus, when you stay at Dreams Onyx, you also have access to Breathless right next door and can use all of their facilities as well, even the bars and restaurants. They are a kid free resort, so if you want a little more night life or to hang out at a “party pool” you can just go next door. Tip: I packed some floaties for the pool and ocean and also brought insulated cups and my own reusable straws. The bartenders will make your drinks in your own cup and they stay cold and are perfect for floating around without spilling. The floaties I brought were water hammocks and really added to the enjoyment of our trip.
