Outstanding service that I’ve not seen ever before. All staff went above and beyond and exceeded our expectations. Obviously Hyatt have an exceptional training programme which in my opinion is evident in every member of staff.

When my boyfriend and I first visited this resort I was nervous (i think because of the price) We wouldnt fit in. might be too classy. Well, I was wrong. We normally do 2 weeks. Secrets Royal Beach, Tides or Breathless first. Cap Cana to chill out. That never happens because the crowd here knows how to party. Smaller scale of course. Plenty of lounges. Super soft white sand. You can walk/wade all the way out to that thing that A... I say stops the seaweed B... my boyfriend says keeps the sharks out The Rosewater bar/restaurant is unique to this Secrets. Our Host Enrique took us under his wing a couple of years ago., We were lucky enough to land a swim out room 6101 (highly recommend) Amazing cocktail service, Raudi, Strawberri (strong legs), Bartender Javier, Fransisco (rosewater), Esmerelda (rosewater), Juliana, UVC Keep an eye on this place. you wont regret it

We had a very nice stay at Secrets Cap Cana. The most exceptional part of our stay was our butler Phillipe. We was so kind, attentive, and helpful, securing us dinner reservations, spa treatments, and answering all our questions. He texted us every morning with the agenda for the day and recommendations, and made us feel so welcome. If we return we will definitely request him again! What we loved: - Very relaxing - we were on the preferred side and reserved a Bali bed on the beach. Both were quiet and peaceful, and food/drink service was great. I think if we'd wanted a more active vacation we would have needed to go off-resort, since there aren't tennis courts or similar on-resort options, but that wasn't what we wanted so we loved the relaxed, chill vibes. - Very clean/well-maintained - housekeeping was thorough and reliable, and throughout the resort we were impressed by how well-maintained the grounds were. - Our bungalow room was so spacious and comfortable! Plus the Le Labo products were really nice. - Hibachi dinner and the Mexican restaurant were our favorite meals. The breakfasts both at the buffet and at the restaurants were also standouts. What we didn't love (but nothing was a deal breaker!) -The hydrotherapy space at the spa was a little small, and two of the features were our of order while we were there. We still enjoyed it, just wanted a bit more out of it. - We had dinner at the Italian restaurant twice - once was good, the second time our meals were overcooked. It was extremely busy that night so we didn't bother sending it back, but I'm sure they would have corrected it! - We wished the buffet option was available at dinner time - there were a few days we were super tired and just wanted a quick meal and didn't feel like sitting down to eat. This would be a nice option to have, though again, not a deal breaker! Overall we had a really nice time and the staff was truly wonderful.

Our stay at Secrets Cap Cana was elevated to a whole new level thanks to our incredible concierge, Rafelina. From the moment we arrived, she went above and beyond to ensure every detail of our vacation was perfect. Whether it was securing dinner reservations, helping with the proposal and romantic dinners, or simply checking in to see if we needed a cool drink by the pool, her attention to detail was unmatched. She is professional, warm, and truly cares about her guests' experience. If you visit, ask for Rafelina—she is the best!!
