Amazing Trip

Super clean! Pools are beautiful. Food was very good and a lot of variety. The grandkids loved the ice cream machine.

Rodizio excellent service by Jesus Lopez and Daniel. Great atmosphere, food was very good. Jesus made us the flaming coffee. Very friendly and accommodating.
Overall great but they can move you around after booking

Great location, location, food and service. Lost one start due to change in bookings (our group was all booked into the Colonial and only some of us were upgraded which created friction and tension in the group and we were not all together as we were anticipating).

Very clean, beaches kept clean. Rodizio - great food and ask for Miquel, excellent Caribe buffet in evening wonderful- ask for Gilberto!!! French restaurant- Roger was the best, great food!!! Premium worth it, enjoyed playing games in the evening in premium lounge. Service and staff wonderful all over!

All of the staff were very lovely and helpful! The one waiter Alexander is very funny and makes the experience so great! The ocean is beautiful and they always have a lot to do. You’ll never be bored!
