Edwin, uriel and Abigail have been such a wonderful and welcoming team for my whole family. They’ve spent time learning our stories and sharing their own experiences. Playing games with them has been the highlight of our trip!

Will be back. Lili uvc staff and restaurant staff manager Salomon made our trip one of the best family trip. Room had amazing ocean view! Pool and wait staff great!! Always had drinks

Pros: - Excellent wedding experience overall - Fernanda, the wedding coordinator, was outstanding — attentive, communicative, and very supportive from start to finish - The staff at the wedding were amazing as well! - Issues with the rehearsal dinner were handled quickly, with a rescheduled dinner and added services that fully made up for it - Bouquet was gorgeous - Hair and spa services were amazing - my wedding hair didn't budge even when I showered that night and the couples massage with spa waters was great! - On-site photography studio took beautiful photos (still waiting on the video) - Fun, kid-friendly resort with great beach event/dinner nights - “Kids” water slides were a hit with both adults and kids - Beach restaurant is a must — the only place with guacamole - Cute town attached to the resort with access to other beaches; easy to walk, golf cart rental was fun but not necessary to visit the town - Good food overall, though service varied *Recommendation: Seaside Grill and Themed Nights - The service and variety of food at the lobby cafe is top tier - We would recommend the affogato and chocolate frappe Cons: - Housekeeping was inconsistent, especially early in the stay - also did not clean very well (the hotel set up rose petals for our wedding night and we had rotting rose petals scattered over the floor until the day we left) - Towels and bathrobes were repeatedly removed and not replaced in a timely manner - Multiple calls and visits to the lobby were needed for basic items, often with long delays and unreliable ETAs - Hair dryer in the room did not work but luckily was the only item that was quickly replaced - Service issues at the rehearsal dinner (specific server at our rehearsal dinner got every order incorrect and brought out my husband's food 1.5 hours later when everyone was finished eating) - Wedding dress and veil were not steamed properly - my bridesmaids had to resteam for almost half an hour - Pickleball courts had noticeable dead spots - Soundproofing is limited on the 2nd and 3rd floor but the 4th floor was quiet Conclusion: I am so happy we got married at this resort but that is mainly because of Fernanda, our wonderful wedding coordinator. The resort itself is nothing special and the service is severely lacking. The amount we paid for the wedding was more than worth it but the amount we paid for the resort was not worth it. We have paid the same amount at a different resort in Mexico and got 10/10 service while here, I would give 5/10 on average.

Ideal for Families only. There are no areas designed for just couples. The preferred pool is way to small to have children in it. The overall Resort and gated community is great and secure. Food was good and customer service was excellent. We will not be back because of the kids they were literally everywhere and most were not being supervised by the parents.

Marco is a great bartender, made me 20 some drinks and had a great time. Best drinks hands down! Super gentleman and very kind and friendly!
